The Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The hotel facilities were great. There were multiple pools, depending on your activity (or whether you’re swimming with children). The spa facilities were fantastic, including thermal pools. The breakfast was varied and good quality. Super location - 8 euros to Bardolino and the hotel runs free shuttles too. Rooms were large and comfortable. We visited at peak times and had no issues finding a sun lounger at any point of the day.

- Nice pools, with all sorts of water jets / bubbles etc. - Clean rooms and facilities - Large room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom - Solid and tasty breakfast - Good location

- Guests smoke around the pool, gardens, the outside restaurant. If you are sensitive to smoke this can be an issue. - Staff doesn't speak much English or German. Considering the touristy prices this was very shocking. - Housekeeping doesn't provide fresh towels, even if you leave some on the floor. - Reception works very slow. If you need to catch a flight and are checking out at "peak time" you should allow plenty of time. - The cost of bottled water / lack of water fountains (other than the one by the closed pool) is an insult. - The internet is slow and not secure. - The AC system is somewhat outdated. You will need to talk to reception to make some change in the central controls and even then the rooms don't really cool down much / quickly. - The thermal bath are is nice but 1) there isn't any information about the mineral composition. I am not sure whether this means that you are basically in a hot-tub with added salt rather than a real / natural thermal bath 2) the railings to one of the baths are extremely shaky and an older gentleman almost fell over 3) there is no staff in the thermal bath / sauna area - Dinner and lunch was mediocre at best (both in terms of food quality and service) and definitely not worth the a la carte prices. All in all the hotel is nice and we had a fun few days, however considering the prices paid for the hotel as well as the spa treatments I wouldn't recommend this location to my friends and family in light of the experience as described above.

the room was good, clean, quiet and big. big pool. the breakfast was great.

the air conditioning was loud and since it was 37 degrees outside and not much less at night, we had to keep it on at night. difficult to sleep with the noise… the hotel does not have the latest standards of modernity but it’s fine.

This is a quite spacious and nice resort with great range of pools, well kept garden, well organized staff and a fine facility. Superb breakfast.

The only real problem: tele-network close to nil in some parts and internet slow and unstable. OK if you need an IT break, but difficult for others.
