Breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly and courteous. For me the location was perfect, you can reach everything by foot (campus, downtown \w bars and restaurants etc.)

It was our second time staying at the hotel, and we had a good time as always. The staff Krzysztof,Natalia and Paulina were so nice and helpful and we are definitely going to come again next year in May The breakfast is really good and there is a good selection of food and the staff in the restaurant is so nice too Best regards Marius and Eva

Spacious room, fantastic location, nice breakfast

We’ve stayed at Andersia at least 4 times over the years and unfortunately the service and quality are not like they used to be. There was only decaf coffee in the room and one tea bag. The carpet was dirty and considering we were staying with a toddler, there was no provision for having a bath, not even additional towel (although they provided a cot). Staff was nice enough but seemed that they were doing the bare minimum. They used to offer freshly cooked eggs and omelettes at breakfast but not anymore. We used to love it for the views, service, breakfast and value for money but next time I’ll be considering staying somewhere else.

Everything was great, the bed was a good size, the window seating area lovely and the aircon worked very well.

The pillows are not good at all - they really need changing. The toilet blinds are a bit wonky, but unlike the pillow issue, this is relatively insignificant.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Pool long time under repair.

Pool has been too long time under repair (already two visits to hotel and pool is under repair).

I can't say enough good things about the hotel. From arrival I felt like someone took care of me. The lady at the counter was super nice and explained all the things were included in my room. I stayed on the 9th floor, the view was amazing. The room spacious and modern. I received some sweet treats which were delicious. Breakfast buffet is very varied and I am sure everyone can find something to satisfy their cravings. The location is ideal if you are looking for a spot in the city center.

The staff was really nice and flexible. The breakfast was out of this world, so divers and good. Lots of homemade goodness. Coctails were well mixed and presented.

Spa closed but prices remain very high. They should remove "Spa" out of their name when its being renovated..

Great location, amazing breakfast, nice staff. Everything about the hotel was great, highly recommended.

Not a huge fan of complete transparent bathrooms, also the shower heads could be better.

The location was very good and the room/lobby/public areas were very clean and well-kept. The breakfast was good if you got there early, but was not refreshed - if you went near the end of the open time it was very sparse, picked over.

The staff were not particularly nice, except for the bartender. It seemed that helping you was not a priority for them. The bed was very uncomfortable - so much that we used the sofa sleeper instead.

When you enter the room, you get the impression that the renovation took place 20 years ago. You can see the wear and tear of the furniture, walls, carpet, old TV with non-working remote control and no smart TV, 2000 style. After I booked the room, they wrote to me that the pool and spa area were not working, I had to put up with it. My husband and I have three children and were forced to flee our country because of russia, which went to war against us and destroyed our apartment (as well as many Ukrainians). We settled in Poznań and have been living for a year without grandmothers who could sometimes help with the children. We never spend time together without children, so when my grandmother came, we decided to spend the weekend in a hotel with a spa and a room with a nice view of the city and order breakfast in the room. About breakfast. Breakfast was terrible. It gave the impression that the remains of weathered and limp vegetables were collected from previous breakfasts, the bread was so stale that it was impossible to even break it, it was also not cut, but torn or bitten, the pancakes were also not fresh. In view of all the above, if the breakfast was fresh, then I could easily forgive the wear and tear of the room, the lack of information that the spa and pool were not working at the booking stage and not after, but this breakfast, which I can only call slop, I can’t forgive!

great location in the centre. The room is large and nicely furnished. Bathroom is spotless. Very good breakfast with large selection. Cleaning is only on request, which is good, it’s not needed for 2-3 nights stay.

Very flat and uncomfortable pillows. No deal lamp for working.
