Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and truly pet friendly. Our room and view was spectacular. The bar and terrace were perfect after a day of exploring Ronda.

El Catalonia Reina Victoria es un magnífico hotel en Ronda. Situado en la mejor zona de la ciudad, sus instalaciones son excelentes, tiene todo para ser un cinco estrellas. Tienen un personal de lujo y muchas atenciones con los huéspedes. El desayuno es de altura, generoso y de calidad.

Amazing location on the edge of the cliff with beautiful garden and bar. Good breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. A lot of the other hotels in Ronda were on busy streets and could be noisy but the rooms with a mountain view here are very peaceful. I would definitely recommend and return here if ever back in Ronda.

The toilet door in our room was glass and offered little privacy and no sound proofing. Listening to your partner on the toilet does little to enhance a romantic stay. I felt I had to go on the balcony if my wife was using the toilet.

Zimmer nach vorne haben einen schönen Blick, kann aber laut sein, da Bar und Restaurant zur gleichen Seite.

Everything was perfect. The location is very close to center and the hotel has very good view. Also the rooms are so comfortable. If you have a car, you can park directly inside the hotel just for 15 € each day. The hotel has a bar and you can enjoy with your meal or drink on evenings. ( Herşey cok güzeldi. Konum merkeze yakın ve arabası olanlar için otopark otelin içinde günlük 15€ ya mevcut. Manzarası da çok güzel. Odalar ise gayet geniş ve cok rahat.. Otelin içindeki barda özellikle akşamları yemek yiyip içeceğinizi keyifle tüketebilirsiniz )

We did not get breakfast since it was too expensive (18€ for each adult). Also when we make checkin, I asked 3 times that they get money for breakfast from our 3 years old baby or not since they should not take it. However, the personal could not answer it directly. That was bad inspection. (Kahvaltı cok pahalı idi ve bebekten bile alıp alamayacaklarını bilmiyorlardı sırf bu sebepten 3 kere sordum ancak ney cevap alamadım)

O hotel é lindo, muito bem decorado, café da manhã excelente e equipe muito solícita e simpática. Possui estacionamento (pago a parte) fácil de encontrar e acessar. Apesar de não ser no miolo do centro histórico, é muito fácil chegar andando. Recomendo!

Nosso quarto estava gelado!!!! Principalmente o banheiro, que mesmo com o aquecimento do quarto ligado, não esquentava. Ficou desconfortável. Acredito que o isolamento não é tão bom e como foi uma noite bem fria, incomodou bastante.

De locatie is perfect. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras in de tuin. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Personeel erg aardig.

De badkamer had geen privacy door doorzichtig raam van slaapkamer naar de douche. Verwarming in douche was koud. Handdoeken bleven vochtig.

Hoteleigene Parkplätze stehen kostenpflichtig zur Verfügung. Im Januar hatten wir das Glück weniger Meter weiter kostenlos an der Straße parken zu können. Bis zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ca. 10 Minuten. Lage somit sehr gut und mit tollem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Gutes, aber kein aussergewöhnliches Frühstück.

Ärgerlich fanden wir, dass uns eine Flasche Wasser (nicht aus der Minibar und somit kein Preis erkennbar) mit 7 Euro im Nachhinein in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Nicht unbedingt üblich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie.

The food was poor. At breakfast bread and pastries seemed stale and cheeses dried up, as were churros etc. We were down around mid breakfast window, so no need for this. We had dinner in hotel first evening. My fish was undercooked-fish should not be red and bloodied. Told waiter and he just said ok!! The spa pool is tiny and when you are paying 18 euros per head or whatever it was to enter it’s a disgrace that so many people were booked in at the same time we couldn’t move. There were 5 others as well as us and when others came we just left. Ridiculous!

Der Ober im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Ein toller Team!

Sachant que la chambre était une suite Junior, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la taille du logement, une très grande terrasse ensoleillée, une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, ....bref,un logement parfait! A signaler également, la qualité de l'accueil,la gentillesse du personnel et un super petit-déjeuner. On recommande à 100%!

Tout. L emplacement le charme de l’hôtel la terrasse la vue la propreté de la chambre et sa configuration Andi que sa déco.

Nice surroundings and views, great looking garden (even it was winter). General athosphere and service excellent. The parking area was full but they offered vallet parking, which was a great bonus.

I hated it was winter time when we visited. This would have been even more spectacular in spring or autumn times.

Hotel maravilloso a dos pasos del centro de Ronda. La ubicación es fantástica, las instalaciones muy buenas, parking en el mismo hotel, piscina con vistas, spa muy cómodo y la habitación que nos dieron fue maravillosa con unas vistas impresionantes de Ronda. Por si fuera poco el hotel cuenta con un restaurante muy bueno con una estupenda terraza para aprovechar las noches de verano. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

The shower drain was not draining properly. It was reported on arrival, but not attended to. Reported again on departure.

Wow! Since my visit a week ago, everyone I’ve spoken to I’ve told to visit Ronda and stay at this hotel. Just wow! Really convenient location - a 5 minute walk to the sites of Ronda. BEAUTIFUL setting - what views! Really really really comfortable rooms, beds, etc. And an incredible pool area. We stayed a night. I could’ve done with many more nights! Loved it!
