Very Good value including the good basic breakfast

The room served it's purpose as a stopver so we just stayed the one night. What stood out most was the reception staff - welcoming and incredibly helpful.

Although the rooms are well soundproofed from traffic and road noise, the neighbours on either side of the room - not so much. Lots of coughing, chatting, sneezing throughout the night.

Very close to the train station. The hotel staff were very helpful in storing our luggage when we arrived early.

Worst night's sleep of my life. The walls were paper thin, every footstep (and any other activities of other guests...) was amplified in the echoey hallways and gaps under the door. The aircon dripped water constantly - dripped is actually the wrong word, it poured would be more accurate. The room was saturated with the smell of stale smoke. It was a deeply unpleasant assault on the senses. We had chosen this place expecting a lower quality for the convenience of the train station early in the morning. Given that it was impossible to sleep, it would have been better to stay anywhere else and wake up a bit earlier to travel to the station.

Uncomfortable beds and shower not working properly. Okay if you want a cheap olace to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Don't recommend for long stays

A steep climb up to the old town but very convenient for the central railway station.

No lift, not an issue for us but might be a problem for some guests.

The receptionists were really kind and polite. Everything was clean.

No doble bed when I had requested one before hand. Matress too hard, too stiff. No elevator, makes it really hard in case you carry a suitcase or more than one or if you've got a mobility problem. The air conditioning didn't warm up the room enough due to the inadequate place where it was situated in the room, far from the bed The bathroom was cold as well, without AC.. The water came out of the shower onto the floor even though the doors were shut... The pictures you post on the website don't match the reality once you arrive.

The hotel had the train station literally around the corner. It was also near to the stairs that take you to the historic quarter and near the port on the other direction. Staff were super nice and they were 24/7 Facilities were comfortable and clean and also the breakfast was good.

The only thing to improve is the acoustic. You could easily hear through the walls and the people on the hallway when they were talking. We woke up several times with them talking outside our doors

No kettle in room and water had to be got from the foyer. Room probably too small for a long stay.

They should offer other kind of vegetal Milks or take into account food allergies. Cleanliness could improve

easy to find very near the train station, spotlessly clean accommodation, really good breakfast, lots of fresh fruit...

For the price paid I can find nothing to complain about. I will say that all the rooms are up a set of stairs and there is no lift.

I like the location it's near the train station. A walk to the old town. It's comfortable,. Good value for Money

I don't like that you can hear the noise from the outside but other than that it's all good.
