Location. No AC. No drinking water in the room. It was Like a motel and not a hotel

Decently priced hotel with free, secured car park. Within walking distance of the city centre. Good breakfast buffet included in the price of the room.

It was very warm and there are no A/Cs in the rooms. When I asked the reception they gave me an electric fan. Very friendly and helpful staff.

When we arrived they gave us the key for the room and when we opened I found at least 8 hairs on the floor in the bathroom and a lot of dust on the towels. There were a lot of spots on the moquette in the bedroom and it smells of dog's pee. And they offered kibble for our dog, it seemed a kind act., But unfortunately the packaging was broken probably were old used for other dogs. I didn't complain immediately as I should be only because I drove 4 hours from Lubeck, was tired and wanted to visit Odense and enjoy my stay. The shower and the floor of the bedroom are not separated so when you take a shower all the floor is wet. They told us that the hotel is 15 minutes on foot far from the center, but it took at least 25 minutes. Parking was not possible when we came back from a drive in the nearby as there were too much customers from the restaurant. To complete all , despite I already payd 150 Euro for the room included breakfast, in the morning I order during breakfast a cappuccino, they took me and was horrible, a machine made cappuccino. When I made check out after breakfast (only in that moment and not immediately when I asked for the cappuccino during breakfast), they told me I should pay 6 Euro for the cappuccino as it is a "SPECIAL COFFEE" (note that is only coffee with a bit of milk put in and in Italy at bars for a tadty hand made cappuccino we pay maxsimum of 2 euro). An horrible experience to not repeat. No professionalism, horrible cleaning, bad position far from the city centre.
