Bel endroit , personnel de qualité , chambre un peu moyenne en déco et la baignoire prend une place et ne sert à rien

The staff were incredible in helping and assisting with our every need.
The concierge (Emanuelle) was so friendly and helpful. The added gifts they left for our daughter were such a wonderful thought also.
The central garden area was beautiful. The perfect location that was easy walking distance to all the sights & shopping
The reception area could be brighter and more contemporary.

Staff was incredible! The concierge team was amazingly helpful - they helped us get PSG tickets, made great reservations and even got the kids a choco late shaped soccer ball as a treat after the game. Breakfast was also wonderful and the suite was perfect for a family of four, all of us had right amount of privacy and the pool was perfect to relax in

Excellent Staff. Concierge and management very attentive. Very large and comfortable bed. It was so good , we booked for next year upon check out! Great after service with help getting on the train and planes arranged by the hotel! Made dining at the hotel easier for those with gluten and other food allergies!

there some one name jery manager of room is not good person and talk with me bad becouse i stay after check out 2 houres more but i took to reception mouna name and she tell me its ok then in checkout manager tell me you mist pay 600 euro half day you stay in hotel i tell is not mistake becouse your friend mouna tell me ok check out 3 oclock its ok then he tell its wrong and she left the work now its bad manager

Hospitality is beyond words. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. You can’t find a hotel located better.

We loved the style of the hotel! And the location. The spa area was beautiful. The concierge and desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful! We especially want to thank Melina...She was always willing to help and always had a smile and a very positive attitude! Thank you Melina!!
The spa hot tub was very cold, and the male spa attendant was unfriendly.

the staff were very friendly, Claire Coste the Assistant front office manager she was very helpful she arrange before our arrival and they put surprise and cakes for our kids she give us a goodbye gift ,this was my first time here and I will definitely come back to the same hotel with great location and wonderful staff , thank you
