الاستقبال وأخص بالذكر موظف الاستقبال الاخ يزيد بارك الله فيه الابتسامة لا تفارقه وماشاء الله سريع كثر الله من امثاله هو مثال للشباب السعودي المميز

Below average hotel with the luxury price tag. Even basic amenities are cheap and basic things like comfortable bed and linen is not present. Bathroom is small and flooded upon showering as the drains were clogged.

Breakfast was very good lots of choice and the staff were very attentive. We booked a suite and the size of the room was excellent, a large sitting area, two bathrooms and a large bedroom.

On check I had to ask for a bed to be set up, the room keys didn’t work there was a stain on the sofa. The location isn’t great there is a Panda supermarket nearby but that’s it and the surrounding area is very run down. Also this is an old hotel and if you’re looking for modern luxury avoid, if old world charm is your thing then this is for you. Also expensive compared to other choices but I chose this hotel for the pool unfortunately the pool was unavailable to some guests.

المرافق (الحمام) يتسرب الماء من الشاور للحمام يوجد في المبنى قسمان الطوابق السفلية الغرف القديمة و الطوابق العلوية القسم المجدد لا انصح الغرف القديمة كئيبة الغرف المجددة افضل تم ترقية الغرفة مقابل مبلغ مالي بفارق 40‎%‎

تم تجديده وغرفه مناسبة الي عنده رحلات عمل بوسط الرياض ، بشاشة الموظفين ، الاستقبال سرعة الدخول مع احترافية الاخت لطيفة واشكرها على ذلك ، الافطار متنوع وجيد جدا
