Didn't like the open toilet in the bedroom.

A very special place close to all amenities. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Really appreciated the warm welcome and the willingness to deal with special requests.

good location. restaurant at a 7 minute walk. the mall is a a 15 minute walk or 7 minute by Uber, where you can catch the Tour bus.

South Africa has power outage across the country. Some hotels have generator they run all the time so no consequence for the customers. But in this hotel unfortunately when it happened during the day, they turned off the generator, meaning no light, no internet. No TV. Besides, the host could have informed beforehand about the outage (I believe the local authority communicate about the scheduled outage). When I arrived late in the evening, my room had the emergency light. No TV, no Internet. Then at midnight, total blackout (the guard mentioned it when I checked in but I didn't realized it would have been no light at all). I took my shower with my computer light. In the room they don't provide candles or lamp, nothing...

all in all such a great place! Loved it! Very safe and green and quiet.

Everything was exceptional, the room, the breakfast, the location and also the service was out of this world. Loving people and also nice place, the security is good and nice at the sametime. In short words a place to be when visiting Johannesburg.
