Location once you're there is great, room is fairly quiet though can hear people going up/down the stairs.

Getting walking directions in advance or offerring to be met at one of the gates when the reservation is confirmed would be helpful. We finally called the hotel to get help finding it and they sent help for luggage as well. Lack of elevator with suitcases, though help was offered. Lack of outlet near the bed.

Brilliant location for Old Town Dubrovnik. Good sized, comfortable room. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both of which was excellent. Level of service provided by all staff was also excellent.

Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town, breakfast on the rooftop terrace was spectacular. Staff all helpful and friendly.

Lots of stairs, no lift. Not a surprise in an old building, in a city with lots of steps. Just had to be patient as I.am not the most mobile.

The hotel was small and perfectly formed. The staff were very friendly, Rodrigo and the barman (Tiku??) went above and beyond and did everything they could to help us. I asked to change room, no problem, Rodrigo helped with my SIM card, great explanation of where to go in town, Tiku entertained us with cocktails, they were fabulous. The room was very clean and quiet. Good value for the level of service and comfort and the owner was a regular presence and very welcoming. Great location to be able to pop back to after a day wandering in town.

The fourth floor room felt a bit smaller but they moved us to the third which was perfect. Quite normal though, old buildings get a bit a bit tight at the top. We were just spoilt. Breakfast menu was a little sparse for the price, great view though.

Fantastic location in the old town. Room very clean and comfortable. Spa excellent. Breakfast amazing. Best thing though? The staff! Inna, Rodrigo & Kuhn were incredibly helpful and made us so welcome.

Being in the old town the noise from the street is rather noticeable, however in its way it added to the charm.

Ideal location in the old town. Historic house sensitively modernised to a boutique hotel of the highest standards. Extremely comfortable and well-equipped room and bathroom, furnished and decorated with every attention to detail. Every member of staff from reception, waiting staff and cleaners, was most welcoming and helpful. Dinner in the Above Five rooftop restaurant was superb and an experience to be remembered for a long time. Breakfast was equally excellent, as was the service.

Nothing - everything was top-class. Not a problem for me but people with mobility issues may find access to upper floors difficult as no lift.

Breakfast was very nice. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking!! The only issue is that the girl that has to serve upstairs has to keep climbing steps. I felt bad for the help.

Very charming hotel well located in a quiet street. The thai spa next door is a must go. And the restaurant upstairs serve food presented and cooked beautifully.

Breakfast on the roof top was luxurious-tasty and generous, with friendly service, and a view to envy. The first floor male staff were especially pleasant, polite, and very helpful.

Room was somewhat small but one shouldn't expect a large room in the old town location.

The location is amazing. Food was excellent, I recommend booking dinner in the restaurant.

This hotel does not have an elevator. This did not detract from our stay, but I think other guests may want to know this in advance.

Stari Grad recreators have done a great job. The hotel, the spa and the restaurant has been intelligently designed with great care for guest comfort and consideration has been given to details making the guests feel good. The breakfast and dinner quality in the stunning terrace restaurant is excellent and memorable. The menus have been smartly done. The hotel staff starting with Inna, the Myanmar team in the kitchen and the bar & terrace service is super friendly, attentive and efficient. Overall Stari Grad is a perfect example of a contemporary boutique hotel with genuine interest in high quality hospitality service.
