Clean, quiet, affordable & nice walk to the cathedral.

They were painting, but with the balcony doors open, the smell wasn’t bad.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice toiletries in room, yurt even though on main road. Staff in reception are very helpful. Bus outside hotel door to city centre.

Rooms comfortable If a bit basic. Really friendly staff, and the bar and bistro next door was great.

We spent less than 12 hours at the hotel, but it was very quiet with a very nice restaurant on site. It had everything we needed for our ultra short stay. The lady at the reception was lovely and efficient.

For the price and just sleeping there it was totally okay. The personal was also really nice.

Everything! Great value for the money, very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel was nice and clean. There was everything that was needed. The people at the reception were very nice. Even though they didn't speak English very well, we still agreed. We were very satisfied.

I must say that I was really impressed with this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly, the room was kept clean and tidy, the water pressure from the shower was good, and the room was quiet. I don't think that there are many rooms in the hotel as there are only 2 floors so maybe as there are less guests there is less noise... Either way it was very nice.

The location of the hotel is about 3km from the centre so you will need to take a bus and fortunately the bus stop is right in front of the hotel but it helps if you know the bus schedule so that you can go outside and wait about 5 minutes before it arrives which is what I noticed that most people did.

Everything was as described. There is free parking in front of the hotel, the lady at checkin spoke English, there is a lift to the second floor where my room was, the room was cleaned every day. There are a number of restaurants and bars next to the hotel, the bus stop to the Centre is right in front of the hotel and costs 1 Euro. Basically an excellent [place to stay.

The shower flooded and the bathroom floor was soaked when I had my first shower but it was fixed immediately I mentioned it, the Wifi was good but dropped out occasionally, not a big deal. Recommended.

To arrive by car to Santiago for a visit it is avery good location. And at the same time it is a bit too far out of the centre to walk in. Value is very good and if you are lucky, you will find a free parking space close by. Just in the surrounding you find Restaurants and Coffee Shops too. Just a hint: After finishing the holy mess you may be allowed to visit the Cathedral from about 8pm until 9pm

Be careful with the car navigation (Garmin) as the address will be found only on the wrong side of the crossing highway!
