It was just what we needed in our road trip - welcoming place on the way. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were great.

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The dinner was exceptional, the breakfast above average. All in all, a good value.
There isn't much to criticize. One could always be satisfied with greater luxury and more amenities, but for a Norwegian mountain hotel, it matched the template perfectly.

Nice located, good accommodation and base to start hiking daytrips in the area.

This was our third stay at the fjellhotell. The location high on the mountains makes you come back, as well as the excellent food and the warm reception. This year, there was a special offer for dinner with exquisite specialities from around the region. Highly recommended.

The location.
The room, old, noise. The dinner, expencive buy a hot dog.

Great location up high on the mountain plateau. The staff super friendly. there was great atmosphere in the bar with someone performing on the piano and singing and people getting tipsy and enjoying themselves. Importantly for me the blinds in the room were decently dark which helps a light sleeper sleep in norway when it doesn't really get dark at night. Breakfast was great with a good selection diy buffet.
The only con for me was i could hear people in the corridor when in my room as there were people drinking in the bar and going back to their rooms fairly late. But i'm used to sleeping with earplugs at hotels as im a bit of a light sleeper so it wasn't a big issue.

Good location for some days in the mountain. Great area for hiking. Good food in the restaurant, and friendly service by the staff. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return an other time
