The amenities are pretty good, pool, playground, game room, and the little farm and animals are outstanding, my three year old loved the whole experience! The hotel provides an itinerary with different activities throughout the day, which is fun for adults and for the kiddos. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the Ac spot on, however, the bathroom is a little tight, but the shower is like no other, the water pressure is really strong, offering hot and cold water. One of the most satisfying shower I have taken in Brazil. ☺️ The staff are friendly and they all have a customer centric mind. FYI, for my fellow Americans, first time traveling to Brazil, tips are not expected, but we tip them anyway, it can go a long way. We got full pension, and it was worth every penny! A huge variety of typical Brazilian food with natural juice and I must say it was more than we could handle.

I must point out that we were unsatisfied with the dinner service, among other things, like not bringing desert after we have ordered it, completely missing our order, however, at one day for lunch we wait over 1 hour for the food to be delivered, it would be fine if we were only adults, but when with are traveling with small children, over 1 hour is not ideal. So I spoke with the manager and she was extremely apologetic and addressed the situation really well. I guess this is also a plus.
