location is great, right on the beach and a nice 20 minute stroll into town

The hotel is very tired. One of the beds was really, really uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty poor, the quality of food wasn’t very good. Lunch was also quite poor quality. The owner and his wife were friendly but I they were trying to squeeze more money out of us a lot of the time. The waitresses were all really lovely and work very hard. The night security man was really helpful and very nice. The man on reception was so rude to me quite a few times and clearly tried to over charge us. We ordered kit hire and lessons through their windsurf school (windsurfing vasiliki) and we massively overpaid but he really encouraged me to book in advance. I wouldn’t bother personally, there are other better windsurf schools very nearby. In conclusion, it is not worth what we paid for it, the hotel needs a lot of investment but the location is really good.

Breakfast pretty poor. No decent coffee without paying for it and the buffet disorganised and insufficient. Crockery chipped and not matching - rather chaotic

The room - listed as a junior suite did have a sink with a little job abs a fridge . The freezer section had no door; there was no cutlery in the room nor glassware and no washing up facilities. Despite raising this on the first day this did not change which meant inevitably there were ants everywhere despite our efforts . No point providing these facilities in such a woeful way . I raised it at the end aswell to be met by a shrug only . This is nowhere near a four star hotel . The lift had a broken/ loose floor tile which was potentially quite dangerous and was being held down by a temporary table !?

The view was amazing, the location on the beach and the quiet area.

The bathroom was realy small and iconfortable to take a proper shower.

The location

No interest for the clients only the greed of the owners. Incredibly disappointed, we’ve been abandoned and in the end we’ve paid more than we agree. My son -16y- took lessons of windsurfing with the owner and was neglected and abandoned in to the see. He was saved by other resort team. And they act like nothing was happened

The staff was very friendly - especially the ones at the bar and restaurant. There are a few parking spots in front of the hotel and a bigger car park 2 minutes away. The view from the hotel was incredible in the afternoon the entire beach is visible from the balcony and you can watch the windsurfers. We were welcomed with snacks after ordering a beer, which was very nice after 9 hours of driving. We checked a bit earlier than expected. There are decent sunbeds and umbrellas in front of the hotel and options to rent windsurf and kayaks.

The room we checked into was bigger than expected, with an extra bed. We were not told that this is temporary at first, meaning a mistake probably happened. In the afternoon they told us we have to change our room or pay 20EU extra per night if we want to use it. They showed us another room which was very nice and exactly what we expected. While we were at the beach our luggage was moved, to our surprise in a completely different room. There were ants in the room, it was less spacious. The door knob fell off when I tried to close it. The AC unit was very dirty, probably not cleaned since it was installed in the room, we were coughing each morning. The shower was either scolding hot or very cold, this changed every 20-30 seconds, you could not shower normally. My fiancee needed about 20 minutes to wash her hair due to this, so instead of enjoying the day showering had to be planned and prepared for. We were not able to pay for the other room once we were moved as it was already reserved, nor were we able to move to the room they showed us due to the same reason. The breakfast was not worth the price. The only reason I am not giving a lower score is due to most of the staff and their hard work and smiles.

Excellent location, with a private beach that has umbrellas and seats. The staff is very friendly and the owner/manager is very friendly and can provide windsurfing lessons. The room was ok, a little bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable. The rooms are cleaned everyday.

Some furniture needs replacing/fixing (for example a door on the bathroom furniture was broken - but not a deal breaker) If the guests in the rooms next to you talk too loud, you can hear them.
