Beautiful place and amazing facilities. People are pretty kind. Good localisation et great beach next to the hotel.

It did the trick. I did not expect too much.

Mainly a bit disappointed seeing the neighboring hotel having pretty much identical rooms available at 1/3 of the price. I do recognise that they were not on booking.com and therefore not paying commissions, so it's not a completely fair comparison. Rooms were VERY basic and air con was not really working.

Excellent, boutique villa, with lovely, chilled atmosphere. Room very nice. Nice breakfast, pancakes were amazing. Location 5mins walk from the beach via a back road short cut. 7-11 close by if you need it, and of course all the restaurants on the beach. Staff so helpful. Loved this place.

veiled old woman on the reception was a rude and showed no concern for the guests. I write this kind of review for the first time as she is very bad and incompetent staff. Reduce my rate only because of her. Other staff was very helpful and polite

Everything about our stay was perfect. Beyond helpful reception, super efficient and low cost laundry, short stroll to beautiful beach. The breakfast which was tailor made to every individual requirements was exceptional. This authentic Thai accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we would be delighted to return.

Spent 3 nights, wish we had longer. Fabulous beach minutes away, good places to eat . Breakfast in Pai Tan was great. Cooked to order with fresh cold fruit and juices etc. pool at our rooms brilliant, we had it to ourselves. Mini fridge was best we had during 21 day holiday. Pai Tan had everything we needed, sunbeds at pool, clothes horse to dry wet swim gear. Daily housekeeping. Charm is a great guy, so helpful, nothing noo much bother, arranged elephant sanctuary trip (10mins away). We chose Bangtao to wind down before flight home. It is a great area, everyone welcoming and friendly. We decided against larger sprawling hotels, so glad we did or we would not have experienced such a fantastic time in Pai Tan Villas or had pleasure of meeting Charm and his team who treated us so well.

The rooms and pool were really wonderful as well as the friendly staff! everything is very clean. Great location as well.

The breakfast was mostly delicious, the banana or pineapple pancakes in particular! One menu item described as ‘boiled Thai rice’ is a soup with rice. great, but different to the English translation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pai Tan Villas. The room was huge and very clean; it had everything one needs and a pool right outside our door. Breakfast à la carte was also really good. The staff including Mr Charm were so nice. He gave us really good advice and helped us a lot. There is also a handy laundry service.

It is a bit secluded so if you are not by scooter or car, it will be expensive to get around.

Very friendly and helpful people, spacious rooms, nice pools, cosy atmosphere, good breakfast spread, good location, great value for money.

Being about half-way between Phuket International Airport and Patong Beach and also about 30 - 40 minutes from Phuket Town, excursions by taxi can become a cost factor. A OW trip costs about THB 700. If you book return, you may get a THB 100 discount (THB 1,300). Transport has always been more expensive in Phuket than in BKK but does it have to be that stark?
