We were very satisfied from the hotel! It was clean and nice. The stuff were great and helped us on every request. The location of the hotel isn’t in the meddle, but we rented bicycles for the day and it was awesome.

The hotel called my attention due to its cleanliness and modern facilities/furniture. The staff is incredibly friendly and helped us in a few situations. They also have free parking which is very convenient. Overall my stay was close to perfect.

Sometimes it's possible to hear noise from other rooms, and the spa could be cheaper for guests. The location isn't the best in case you don't have a car.

Hotel Cristal is a new hotel who runs by a family on the outskirts of the city. The hotel is very well maintained, very clean ,very comfortable and the service is wonderful. The room is big and comfortable .Breakfast is tasty and rich.

Very beautiful new and cosy boutique hotel with modern design, very friendly and helpful stuff, super comfortable bed, spacious balcony and bathroom. No problem with parking. Close to the boardwalk of the Garda Lake. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend to everybody

Nice location, we could easily park the car and bike into the city center. Very friendly and hospitable staff, so nice to see the same faces everyday! We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Rather small room for the price and there was construction outside next to our room, though the hotel itself can’t be blamed for this.

Fabulous Hotel with Fabulous staff. We loved everything about it, so modern & clean. Fabulous views from the rooftop bar. Breakfast was excellent Great Location, we rented bikes from the hotel and cycled to the old town. Will definitelyreturn. Highly Recommended!!!

Brand new or perfectly reconstructed hotel, very modern. Perfect place for short- term stay in Sirmione. Very helpful and kind staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a perfect experience! Everything felt new, the room was large and the shower huge. Everything was very clean and they made sure to clean our room every day. The breakfast was excellent and in addition the hotel has a reception bar and a sky bar that has a stunning view. The staff were extremely friendly, they helped us with everything we asked for- gave recommendations and helped us pay parking ticket very patiently. We highly recommend this hotel.

The singer at the rooftop bar (not at least as I could ‘enjoy’ his performance in my room (on the first floor) loud and a clear 🙈). I do hope this was a one-off…
