I use Perezaj Appartments for quite a long time. I feel at home. Welcoming, accommodation, and respect are immensely high. I would recommend to any visitor or holidaymaker to stay there.

We liked the low price and the friendly host. Since this was a booking for just one night and we were in transit, it did not matter much for us except the fact that we didn't sleep too well. We would appreciate if the room was in a better condition and cleaner.

The smell in the room seemed as if the room had not been maintained at all, turning on air-conditioning felt like it had not been cleaned for a long time, so we didn't use it at all as it could have been harmful for us. The worst part was the shower. I couldn't close the shower's doors because they were broken and I felt it was dangerous to even touch them. In general, we did not appreciate the lack of cleanliness in the apartment. There were some cars out front getting parked around 2 am that woke me up twice as the apartment was on ground floor. No cover for the bedding has been provided, we got a very poor sheet to cover ourselves upon request.

Ilir was great host! The apartment is clean, great location, with a good value of money.

Everything was perfect for the price. Ilir was person who welcomed us, and is very kind person. Next time i will book same hotel again. I highly recommend it for everyone
