The location is beautiful and the facilities are also nice.
The dinner at the top restaurant wasn't to good, the meals were not memorable and the service to slow in that moment. They said that it was a different day for them and apologise about it with a bottle of sparkling wine, which we appreciate. Even though, we would return many times.

We stayed here a few years ago and have always wanted to return. This visit was just as good as we remembered.
Lovely friendly staff.
Rura is a Great restaurant with a fabulous team, We ate there twice and enjoyed a great outside dining experience.
The hotel bar is lovely.
Room was small but clean and had a very comfortable bed with lovely linens.
The large Pool was a great place to take a day off and enjoy the sun.
Thank you for another fabulous stay. We will return.
The loud groups around and in the pool. A quieter zone would be appreciated/nice in this environment…

beautiful place, well appointed, feels likes it’s owned by private equity
lovely staff but under lots of pressure so the basics were lacking. can give examples if they want. service was 2* or below. persistent errors. not great in a 5* property

we spent a few lovely days at Borgo Dei Conti. The pool area was peaceful and so relaxing while the views over the Umbrian hills were magical, particularly at sunset. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating.
Our only complaint was the price of drinks - 8 euros for a coke or 18 euros for a gin and tonic is obsence

Beautifully maintained, very nice grounds, overall very charming and luxurious hotel.
The prices for meals is from another world frankly. I am happy to spend 500€ for a night in a nice hotel but 12€ for a can of beer is a little rich (no pub intended)

The hotel is excellent in every respect: the staff extremely helpful, well trained and considerate, it is perfectly situated in between a huge park, the buildings renovated with great care and the interior simply superb! We can only highly recommend it to everybody who enjoys atmosphere and luxury.

Food is standard at does not appeal to the high level of Relais Chateaux.
- Restaurant is just a restaurant NOT Gourmet, unfortunately is not serving any local / Umbria specialities like trufel/tartufo, game meat > wild boar, quail, pigeon, wine list impressive but for Italy overcharged.
- Trattoria/Pizzeria at the pool side: boring!!! Standards like a Pizza Margerita. Why not serving a creative Umbria delictesses or pasta with tartufo and game meat?? Very disappointing!
