A well appointed hotel serving to the needs of both leisure as well as work related travel. Rooms are big and comfortable. It is centrally located, with good parking facilities.

While the restaurant and the menu is quite good, the service in the restaurant can be a bit better

L'hotel é bellissimo e pulitissimo e offre una vasta gamma di servizi come spa e yoga. Lo yoga molto interessante. Le camere sono pulite ed eleganti.

Fast alles, bequeme Betten, grosse Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, leckeres Essen, toller Pool. Die Innenstadt ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight auf unserer Indienreise. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen

Das Einzige was störte war Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer.

Comfortable bed, endless hot water, kind staff, great breakfast.

The room size was bigger than most of the places I’ve stayed in. Pool was nice. Food at breakfast was good. Staff were helpful to plan our tour in Mysore. View from the room was decent.

Service and staff needs to be trained to uplift the hotel. Cleaning and general disinfection needs some more work.

The breakfast at their restaurant Zest was fantastic. There's a great variety of Indian and Continental food available plus fresh fruits, tasty coffee/tea and the most adorable, welcoming and supportive staff both at the restaurant and the reception. They've got a baby high chair at the restaurant and a baby cot which was really helpful for us as we traveled with a 10 months year old. The hotel is close to the railway station and within walking distance to some good restaurants. Auto riskshaws are available directly in front of the hotel gateway.

The overall cleanliness is sufficient, however, it could be improved. We had to point out to the housekeeping some areas to be cleaned properly.

It was excellent....the staff were so humble....it was very hygenic and all tourist places are very near by and loved the food and cheesecake 😋😁

The excellent, welcoming ambience of the hotel is augmented by a very knowledgeable and considerate team of staff! The check in process was smooth - the Reception Staff were very efficient in resolving the confusion over my booking -, the room and shower were clean and comfortable, and the room service dinner of a very good standard!

I would have liked to see some additional options on the breakfast buffet like whole fresh fruits (bananas, apples), and cereals.

the carpets in the room and the lobby were dirty and smelly..as soon as u open the door of your room the first thing u could smell was the dirty carpets. limescale marks every in the bathroom, bedsheets were worn out and didn’t look clean..scratches on all the furniture etc..

Cupboard, bath towels are not clean and are outdated.

Excellent Breakfast spread. The buffet lunch we had was also fabulous. The room was speck n clean with well appointed bathrooms. Will surely recommend !!

The room was clean and the view was nice. Swimming pool was good, if you are lucky to find less kids around.

Reception response was a bit slow.

Nicely maintained hotel having very good location. Tariff is reasonable. Cooperative staff.

Food items are highly priced. It can be done reasonable.
