The location is the best
The facilities everything what they claim available on the booking are not all present example: iron box and equipment to iron clothes

Cozy apartment with kitchen and located in central Lermoos. Tourist office, Bank, Shops and Restaurants all in 5 mins walking distance. So many attractions around with less than 30 mins drive. The views from the room and just outside the house are amazing.

Good location, a great view from the balcony
Old-dated furnishings. Not once I met the owner to have a chance to ask some questions about the property (only during check in). TV with Austrian channels only, smart TV not working.

This apt was more beautiful than expected. the family the own the apt also have a ski shop. We get a discount at the ski shop but they also went above and beyond to help us out as far as lending me an entire snow suit for the slopes! The place was sparkling clean and had everything I needed. The beds and bedding super comfortable!

Excellent host and amazing location! Our apartment was clean, bright, and spacious. Ideal for families. The area has a lot to offer in every season.

The owner was very friendly. The apartment was super clean and the location is perfect for the starting of any kind of tour.
The size of the bed was a bit small for 2 adults and the low roof of the bathroom.

The location is good.
Need to use a physical key to go out and come in of the room and the gate. The lock doesn't work well and often stuck. No check out instruction provided. We had to check around and finally found someone. We found out we were expected to take out all the garbages and wash our dishes.

Location, well-equipped kitchen, friendly, English-speaking owner, parking, great view.
Curtains in the windows are let too much light into the room at night, making it quite bright (my window was facing a facing).
