The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were relieved to be able to open the window fully and there was a fan. This was during the heatwave.
The bathroom. We were given a room suitable for a disabled person. The bathroom was large but poorly designed. The handbasin was tiny with nowhere to put anything. The space between the basin and the toilet was very small so that you couldn't stand at the basin comfortably. You couldn't see in the mirror while standing up because the mirror was so short. You had to sit on the toilet, which didn't have a lid, in order to shave and see in the mirror. The shower overflowed all over the floor but because there was a lip on the floor the water didn't run back. The shower head was poorly fixed so that the water ran straight down the wall, we had to do a temporary fix to be able to use it. I wonder how a person in a wheelchair would ever use the basin. Not all disabled people are in wheelchairs and if you're going to give the room to people who are not in a wheelchair, then you need to rethink the design.
You couldn't get the kettle under the taps because the basin was so small.
Bit mean on tea bags and milk and NO biscuits.

Staff excellent. Helpful, friendly and considerate. Great welcome on check in, quick response to minor issues, and easy check out. Stayed at all 3 hotels on site in the past and the staff always are always consistent. We Love going back.
We had a disabled room on this visit with no walk in shower, not sure why as not requested, minor issue that didn't ruin the stay.

Good location for the event I needed to get to. Easy access to room. Could please ourselves for breakfast. Very clean. Modern with nice complex

Unfortunately, the food in the Olive restaurant was very poor. Beef burger was not eatable and my fish was tasteless.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms which were a good size, good size bar area.
The choice in the Olive Restaurant was quite limited, and sadly the pizza which I expected to be clay oven baked was clearly just oven baked and not hand made.

Good selection at breakfast and the room was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room. They were also very accommodating when I asked for a slightly later checkout.
It would be good to have Smart TVs in the rooms.

The shower was awful no power so took me ages to have a shower. We were also given a room with 2 single bed to start with which we hadn’t book for but they were very quick to sort us out a room we had paid for with a double bed in.

Breakfast was nice
I booked with this hotel but it was closed when arrived, I had to visit the main hotel then I was sent to a lower quality conference centre (Willows) for my 4 nights stay. No reduction in overall rate. Communication could have been much better.

We’d booked this hotel because of the pool but weren’t allowed to use it because it was fully booked! Should have been communicated that it needed booking
