The sleeping quarters was clean, the bathroom presentation was poor.

The bathroom, grouting around the floor was awful, bathroom cabinet in poor state.

The location was great

Room was dirty, paint peeling off walls everywhere, cracked tiles everywhere, mould in bathroom, no kitchen sink to wash dishes up in had to use tiny bathroom sink with no plug, staff rude on check in

Comfortable bed and decent size TV

Bathroom sliding door too small for opening so lacking privacy. No extraction fan, could open the window but it was mid winter, so freezing. No light in bathroom mirror. Entrance door didn’t fit, so light, noise and cold air came through. Website said ground floor accommodation but given rooms upstairs. My 82 yr old husband has bad knees and found it a struggle to go up the stairs, particularly carrying luggage. Website out of date. No restaurant onsite as advertised. Pictures made the rooms look far better than they actually were. I realise they are recovering from flooding but the little bit of redecoration done does not justify the $239 price charged. We paid for a deluxe queen suite, nothing deluxe about the room. We will never stay there again.

Photos were enticing, position close to town centre.

Bathroom and facilities very tired, dirty and in need of refurbishment, repairs overdue. Shower curtains confronting.

Location is walking distance to town. Clean room, very comfortable bed.

Limited off street parking and very tight. Plenty of parking on street though.
