Location and big spacious clean rooms

Reception & hospitality was good. Property has an elevator which facilitates luggage transport.

Air conditioner was weak.

Chiara’s welcome was an instant hit and taking time to tell us about facilities and Ragusa. Parking was great, room was excellent, staff so likeable. Fabrice was excellent co host with information and Anik was a lot of fun. Elevator a real bonus. Breakfast was very good and mixed

Our room 101 was at ground level and it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was basic but ok. street parking is a BITCH and nearby garage is a walk….uphill!! Parking overnight x cost 10 euros

Good location with an excellent view of Ragusa Ibla (depending on the room) and close to the town center. Nice breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice to order, and cannoli with ricotta cream. But best of all was the brilliant staff, especially Chiara who helped us manage our booking after an earlier incident affected our travel plans, and who gave us such wonderful recommendations on what to see, do and try in Ragusa and the surrounding region. Thank you so much to the entire team for the excellent hospitality, and hope to stay here again someday.

Before we arrived at the hotel we got a message from Chiara offering help if we needed it. When we arrived she was a mine of information about the area we were in. She arranged shuttles between train and bus and organised for us to visit Punta Secca and Donnafugata Castle using local taxi family who were also reasonable and patient. If only all hotels were as helpful. Ragusa was quiet but we like it that way. The hotel is situated exactly between Ragusa Superiore and Ragusa Iblea.. perfect. Its a small hotel that offers a great personal experience.

All good no complaints

Lovely modern room with wonderful view of Ragusa Ibla. You could walk down the steps to Ibla and get the bus back. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

We couldn't find any English language channels on the TV.

lovely hotel in a quiet location in Ragusa superiore. Not a lot of rooms, so it felt really personal. Fabrice on reception is excellent. Good English, I think he said his native language is French and he obviously speaks Italian. Our room had a lovely view out over Ragusa Ibla. No need to set an alarm clock, the church opposite played the most delightful peal of bells at 8am, wish I'd recorded it!

The shower had a leak through the bottom of the door, trivial really in the scheme of things.

We were greeted by Stefano, he is a real gem!!! VERY friendly, and available to help with excellent restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, Grazie Stefano!!!

The enthusiasm of the receptionist when we arrived and her help - we arrived early bur she still helped us check in with our bikes, and gave us some cold water. Her advice on where to visit was perfect for us too. the breakfast was excellent too with friendly and helpful staff

rooms like most in italy have poor/no sound insulation. reception is right in area where you take breakfast…so not so peaceful

Wonderful hotel, in a good location that is convenient for the station and for the Ibla. We received a very friendly welcome, and were given some top tips for meals and gelato. The room was great, with an excellent view over to the Ibla. The breakfast made for a good start to the day. Highly recommended!

Great location Close to the old Town on the new Town - Quiet and peaceful - and it was both easy and safe to park near the hotel. The room was large and a nice balcony bottled drinking water is included. Friendly reception and lots of good information and help to find a good restaurant.
