Great central location on the island, beautiful place, in walking distance to the center of Sami (13minutes) and an immensely friendly staff

Hotel is located near by Sami city (1km). Nice and helpful staff. Clean and very big rooms with big balcony. Nature around the Hotel and big pool.

The location was peaceful and rustic in the farmland inland from Sami and the coast.A pleasant 20 minute walk past farms to get to seafront shops and restaurants.Room clean and comfy and pleasant pool to relax by and swim during the intense heat of the afternoon.

No complaints about the property but having to pay the whole bill in cash is not ideal but understandable,especially in Greece.

Lovely staff - offered watermelon grown in their garden which was delicious! Great pool and cute set up. Staff were also great at organising transfers and taxis which was super helpful.

Could be posted somewhere obvious in the room that the air con only turns on when the doors are shut as those of us who barely ever use it might not realise!

Quiet location far enough from the road, very nice pool. Room was cleaned well and got new towels every day. Basic kitchen, refrigerator, stove

The only big downside is room planning, bedrooms are not independent, you have to pass from one bedroom through the other to go to toilet/kitchen. Also mosquito nets were broken,

Kitchenette was really too basic. Overall, the price per night was too high in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Kefalonia and which offered more comfort and had amazing seaviews (no seaview from our apartment in Nikos hotel).

The room was perfect and had all we needed for our stay in Kefalonia. The host were welcoming and always willing to help in anything we needed. Confy chairs and table on the terrace with an amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Nikos and would recommend it to anyone going to Kefalonia. We also found Sami to be the area we most liked.

The room was clean, with a big terrace and amazing views. The facilities provided were what we needed and if not the owners were always happy to help. The location was perfect. I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to visit Kefalonia. We stayed in another 2 places in different areas of the island but couldn't wait to get back to our apartment at Nikos. We felt like at home.

For October swimming pool mybe to cold water, is not heated.

Wonderful location just 15 minutes pleasant walk to Sami through rural neighbourhood. Pool area is nice, quiet and secluded. Spectacular view from balcony of countryside, mountains and sea. Very peaceful and relaxing.

the apartment and grounds were spotlessly clean, Covid rules were followed so felt totally relaxed. We had a 2bed apartment with a small kitchen with dining area. The pool was cleaned daily and had socially distanced sunbeds and umbrellas. The grounds and gardens were beautiful with many citrus trees and flowering shrubs. There is use of a bbq if needed. The apartments have off road parking. It is a pleasent 15min walk into Sami seafront and harbour, the walk is on the level so no steep banks to walk up and down. The family who own these apartments are lovely, kind and generous, nothing is too much trouble for them.

We would have liked some comfy chairs or a sofa to sit on inside the apartment as it is you have to sit on the beds or take the outside chairs in, not a complaint just a comment.
