The host and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The place truly feels like a home away from home.
Everything you need (planned or suddenly) is somehow there, from an umbrella to a sewing kit to an iron box.
The availability of tea/coffee 24/7 is a boon. Breakfast is optimal and the freshly cooked eggs are very filling.
The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean with adequate furniture, furnishings and natural light.
The ambience inside is peaceful despite the bustle outside, which makes working also convenient.
The location is a huge advantage. There's 3 modes of transport at a stone's throw and a mall right behind makes purchases of any kind very easy.
Finding the entrance may have been a little inconvenient.
Having a staff for a little longer may be of help, because as outsiders there may be queries that need resolving on a regular basis.

This is a lovely little B and B just off a main square on the Buda side of the city which is a transport hub for the whole city. You know when you enter a place instinctively that the owners have gone over and above to make your stay comfortable. A number of umbrellas for your use. A sewing repair box, toy cupboard for children and the full size ironing board and iron in the reception. Lovely rooms with a great grey and pink theme. Comfy bed and a great breakfast in the morning. The owners were there to greet you in the morning and as well as a good buffet you could request a freshly cooked breakfast in addition. Highly recommended

Location is perfect, close to the tube and not far away from Buda Castle. Is also next to a shopping mall. The room was clean and very cosy. It had a little fridge which was very handy. The bed was extremelly comfortable. The hosts were super nice and had a sweet dog. The place is always quiet. Never been in a place where I didn't hear noise from the next rooms. Plus, there was free tea and coffee in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bi&Bi. All staff was so nice, helpful and trying to accommodate all our needs since traveling with a baby.
The on street parking is a challenge so probably next time would be better to use different type of travel.

I received a very warm welcome. The owner is a fantastic lady who goes for an extra mile for her customers. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. The room was nice and tidy. You have everything that you need for the long or short stay. I highly recommend this place.

The staff I spoke to on arrival over the phone (there was no one physically there when we arrived) was helpful in finding a place nearby to eat.
This is a very basic place. Fine for sleeping but not much else.

The place is near Buda Castle, only 10 minutes walking. There is a shopping mall and also a lot of places nearby to eat or have a drink. Also there is the tram station only 2 minutes walk. The reception guy was very welcoming, he helped us with the room and the nearby locations.
The entry of the building had a very unpleasant smelling. I also saw pet paws on the floor of my room, which I didn't like. Also as it is a bed and breakfast service, I would like to have breakfast without paying a 10Euro extra.

Extremely kind staff. Breakfast has a modern Hungarian touch, cosy breakfast place where guests can gather all day. Bathrooms renovated and in good shape.
Rooms are not too big and the windows are all skylights.

I come here each time I am in Budapest, for the excellent location and the particular care the staff gives to this place. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy and comfortable stay.

Location. The coffee! The fruit available.
We felt the breakfast was expensive at 10 euros each. It was a lovely breakfast though as we had it on the first day as we didn't realise we needed to pay extra. Tried to access the site on bookings. com but as it was sold out for every day I tried I was unable to see why I missed it. Compared to London prices it was average but for Hungary and what we planned to spend we felt it was expensive.

The 4days stay is awesome! Great location, breakfast is so good,clean rooms, close to everything, food chains,mall ,coffee shops ,restaurants . The hosts are so kind and helpful. They made our trip so easy especially with a baby. Feels like home. I recommend this apartment to everyone! Don't hesitate, you won't get disappointed .

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. The owners were very nice and they did everything to make our stay the best. The location of the bed and breakfast is very good to reach the main city attractions. In summary, we had an amazing time and I totally recommend to stay at Bi&Bi!

The room was small, but very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. The staff was super kind and accepted all our requests. I appreciated that it was possibile to make coffee or tea in the hall during all day. Good position, close to a big shopping centre and the underground station!
It is a pity that you cannot open the windows in the room (they are on the roof). In the night you can hear a lot of noises, especially from traffic and ambulances. Plus, the curtains don't cover well the windows surface, so there is a lot of light in early morning.

It is important to check in before 21 pm. In the evening we were able to check in only by phone call, the guests opened the door for us, there were keys in our room. It's nice that we could use the common kitchen without restrictions, which has fruits, biscuits, croissants, tea and coffee. In the morning we were met by a nice man at the reception and we paid for the room.
In the immediate vicinity there is a wonderful typical Hungarian market (attention - closed on Sunday). Also nearby is a great gluten free bakery and patisserie (different locations)
Quite noisy, we could hear the neighbors. Far from the historical center, but you can quickly get to the sights of Buda.
