Residence has a direct access to ski slopes and rooms have nice view for the valley. Well equipped apartments with all you need for cooking.

Reception could be slightly better organized especially that most of the guests seem to arrive at the same time.

We also enjoyed using the pool/sauna/steam.

The only negative was the standard of cleaning of the apartment. We found some nail clippings on one of the beds! Gross! Also the floor was not very clean. We payed 68 euros to have the apartment cleaned so I hope the next people found it to their satisfaction. If we stayed there again, we would prefer an apartment in the main block so that we don't have to go outside to get to the pool.

I booked this prior to France banning British tourists. Despite no one in our group of 16 other than 2 of us being able to go (because we were in Europe), the chalet company 1) wouldn't let us cancel, despite having 6 weeks to rebook the a accomodation with residents from the whole of the rest of Europe, 2) wouldn't let us change the dates, despite clearly having availability on booking.com (it turned out the borders opened the following week) or 3) even give us a discount. There is also a cleaning fee which wasnt very obvious when I booked and we weren't even told about during check in. It is pretty expensive and the 2 of us were already pushing the budget going skiing anyway so we ended up having to clean the whole chalet and weren't even given any materials to clean with. We then saw all the cleaners go into the chalet after we finished so I'm not sure what the point was. The chalet itself is fine but poor and greedy management really ruined things.

no internet, not cleaned well! hard to come at your apartment, lot of ice. no place te park your car, to get your stuff in or out.
