Great location. Simple but confortable.

nice little and bigger coulorful cottages placed around a "ringroad". in the middle a pond with goose, some chicken, a cow and goats. a playground for little kids and bicycle to take, not the newest models but good enough to restaurants nearby. the cottages are behind the first row of houses, so you dont hear the main road. there are cheap and exclusive restaurants in walking distance ( 100-1000m) and more a little further also. 7/11 closeby. every cottage has chairs and a table infront. we brought our camping cooker and enjoyed a fresh made espresso there.

Good location and spacious. Also near 7-11 and number of good restaurants. It is pet friendly.

Need to improve the water valve inside toilet for hand wash. Water spray valve seem to be blocked.

Old property, beds and pillows were not so comfortable, no restaurants and no food service. they have outside restaurants to order Pork BBQ and made to order menu but the charge the delivery fee which was not mentioned on the menu, for example a set of pork BBQ 399 Baht, the charge 500 Baht. No value for money.

Peaceful rural location. Detached cottage. Not overlooked.

Water flow from bathroom sink tap very poor. However, shower water flow was good. Bedroom blinds let in too much light. When the sun rises, you are going to be woken up. Windows need dark curtains or blackout blinds.

Good facilities. Despite Covid, staff doing their best to maintain the land and cottages. The lady in the reception was very helpful and eager to support our every need and make our stay comfortable. Every day we had water, coffee and Oreo delivered to the room. The last made our kids especially happy :) Absolutely new white and soft towels gave us a feeling of stay in 5-star hotel.

A tiny bathroom. With my European 1.76m and slim fit I felt like Gulliver in the country of the Lilliputians, hitting my elbows on the walls and various objects during every visit. Imagine obese people might have much more troubles. Hard mattresses. I mean really hard, so that after 4 nights you get bruises on your hips, if they are too skinny.

A nice environment with cottages, green, basketball court and small playground, our cottage was comfy for a family, two floors and the manager very friendly. Free bikes. Just besides are Chocolate Factory restaurant, a couple of Thai food restaurants and a 711.

Toilet/shower too small and basic. Watch out google maps point to the wrong hotel, better to use Chocolate Factory as destination
