The location was amazing, over looked the canal, was close to restaurants and was really spacious. It was fully kitted out for self catering.

The back bedroom was a bit dark, but as I was travelling alone it did not make much difference to me.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms so a good size for 3 people or more.

We had the sound of construction/ jackhammering starting 8 am every day of our stay. In Mallorca, construction is not allowed in the high tourist season, so they work in the off season. The noise was so loud we could not open the windows. I wish the owner should have made clear in the posting. Noise between units is also a problem, I could hear the person below us talking quite clearly. There is nothing open (restaurants, shops) in Cala Figuera in the off season, just one small shop with not a lot of supplies. No restaurants or even people on the streets, the nearest town is Santanyi with any kind of life. I am surprised the apartment has such a high rating, kitchen was minimally set up (no salt/pepper/oil or hand washing soap). Apartment is very humid (there is a dehumidifier running all the time) and the windows are covered in condensation every morning. In my opinion, I would not recommend it in the off season.

Upon arrival we were offered an apartment right above the owner's restaurant. We were amazed by the spaciousness, decoration and location of the apartment. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are luxurious, kitchen well equipped although we didn't get to use it much as there were nice restaurants 50 meters aways, out of which L'Arcada had the nicest food. And the view from the big terrace is simply amazing.

We loved this apartment and had a great holiday here. The apartment was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and it was clean, comfortable and uncluttered. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. It is in a great, quiet location with a very handy small supermaket just a couple of minutes walk away which is open 8am - 8pm 7 days a week. It sells lovely fresh bread too. Just at the bottom of the street you can jump into the sea at sunrise and climb out using a ladder attached to the rocks! There are some beautiful walks and beaches all around with fantastic snorkelling in clear water.

Beds not the most comfortable but still fine

First time we find better condition and looks then on photos. Very good location near the sea and 2 markets. Comunication with host was super, very easy check in and check out Really recomend it.

If you like to watch TV and screen your devices to TV you should bring net cable to connect TV to internet because TV do not have a wifi.
