Confortable place to relax and spend some days. Well located. The only down wide is that fridge was not working. We thought It was just taking longer to cool but It wasnt. Food turned bad second day. Other than that, i recommend the place.

Great villa, very well equipped, great having our own pool, great location to supermarket, beach, bars and restaurants, no more than 10 minute walk and the weather was superb at 30 degrees plus, hence the pool was a welcome treat 🌞🌞

Villa was absolutely spotless and was much bigger than we expected. Very well equipped with everything that you need to feel at home. The location was perfect as the villa is set back in a quiet location ( so peaceful when you sleep) but within 5/10 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and bars!! We enjoyed our break for my hen do so much and thinking about returning with family and friends next year 😊. Great communication with the hoist before travelling out which put me at ease. We only had a minor problem on our check in ( that’s why I have rated it 4 stars on this section only) as the outside gate was locked so our very kind airport transfer man climbed over the wall and got the key out the key safe for us and let us in. I communicated this with the villa owner and she apologised sincerely as she thought the pool maintenance man must of locked it by mistake before our arrival. The villa owner was very accommodating with our departure which made up for our check in 😊 Hope to visit again one day xx

I picked this villa due to it's close proximity to the main strip in the resort and it did not disappoint! It's only a 5 minute walk downhill to the main beach road where there are loads of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a little supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and a larger one about 4 minutes walk. I like to have the option to have the privacy of a private space and own pool on holiday and this villa was perfect. Set on a quiet residential street it had everything we needed for our stay. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you would need to cook if you want to. Washing machine, dishwasher and private outdoor drying area which was very handy for getting all the holiday washing done before you head home. Every bedroom had ample wardrobe space and hairdryers in every room too! Very clean, regular pool checks. We were unfortunately here while the heatwave was on so the pool was an absolute godsend and so was the many tv channels for times when my girls found it too hot to go outside. They loved having Netflix and Disney+ which we didn't expect and was an absolute bonus. Hubby was also happy with the sports channels and the britsh tv channels. I would definitely recommend this villa and will be back. Hosts were always available if we needed anything. Can't forget to mention sitting on the upstairs balcony with breakfast and the amazing sea view! Loved that!!

This was our first stay at Casa Blanca. It is a lovely, spacious, tastefully-furnished, clean and tidy villa in a quiet part of Puerto Del Carmen's new town area, despite it being only 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the lively Avenida de las Playas with its bars, shops and restaurants. Its own heated swimming is cleaned regularly, and there are plenty of sun loungers available. Other advantages are the air conditioning in the bedrooms, its two bathrooms, lock-up safe and the excellent quality free wifi. The beds are very comfortable, the first floor balcony has a really nice view, and there is a fully fitted-out kitchen if you're not wanting to eat out. If you have hired a car, there is plenty of on-street parking directly outside the villa. Alex the host is very friendly and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this villa and will have no hesitation in booking it again.

Our 2nd visit in 9 months, wonderful villa, wonderful pool, wonderful resort & as always property owner Alex is a delight to deal with.

Just arrived back from a fantastic week, listing does not do the property justice, communication with owners was good and everything was as they had said gardener and pool guy were friendly and didn't intrude at all. Property was large/spacious and come with all modcons. Villa was clean and well kept, pool was a fantastic addition, views were amazing and was only a short walk from the main beach with all shops and restaurants. Would definety recommend 😊

We have stayed in a number of villas in Lanzarote and this was one of the best Location was great, five minutes from the centre of the strip. Check in was easy with great communication. Pool was a great temperature. The villa is a good size and had all the facilities we needed Highly recommended

Have stayed in Lanzarote many times before but this villa is by far the best we have stayed in. Ticked every box of things we personally look for and more. Heated pool perfect for all ages, AC, Amazing sea and mountain views, all day sun in garden and balcony areas, private sunbathing areas with proper sun beds, two bathrooms with proper warm power showers, cool bedrooms for easy sleeping, spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was easy and no issues at check in or check out. Location is perfect. Based half way down the main strip with its many bars and restaurants and set just far enough back to be in quietness for a relaxed stay. No need for a car hire as everything is a few mins away but if you do opt for a car you could park right outside, supermarkets 200m away too. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Peurto Del Carmen. I will be looking to book this property again very soon.

Great Villa. Location is perfect. Short walk to main strip. Pool area gets sun all day and terrace has lovely views of sea. Villa has absolutely everything you need. Check in and out was simple and host let us leave cases until our taxi was picking us up. Great holiday. Thanks Alex

Great host , was always in touch , excellent villa location, we are a family of four with two children , short walk to the beach , area is very quite and safe , lots of small supermarkets around and just ten min walk there is a very very nice supermarket called Mercadona with the most amazing fresh sea food you can desire , pool is heated but still a bit fresh but kids did not mind , villa has everything you need in the kitchen for making lunches for kids and cooking.

Lovely quiet area but close enough to everything you want on a holiday. Owner was brilliant and helpful and a great view from the balcony.

There's a lot of great things about this property. The size is impressive and the heated pool was lovely and warm and we appreciated the location. There were some communication issues though. The property information folder was quite out of date and didn't have accurate information on the tv, the safe and the security system (we figured out how to arm it from online guidance). It was a small thing, but the promised English language channels were not available, not great on the one rainy day. Our biggest issue was check out. We had arranged a late check out on 18th December with Alex, 10 days ahead of actual check out. On the day of check out we were very surprised by the cleaners arriving at 10am asking us about vacating. We arranged a slightly later check out than 10, thanks to the cleaners being very accommodating but had to change our whole plans for the day including including picking up paper copies of our test results. This was an unpleasant end to what was a lovely holiday.

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely very well equipped villa. Extremely clean and tidy, beautiful new kitchen and the pool is great. The owners Alex & Andrew were so very helpful answering any questions. Will definately return.

Stayed during July and absolutely loved the layout of this villa. The lounge and kitchen were upstairs with bedrooms downstairs. So comfortable and had everything we needed. We were a family of 3 and with a teenage son the internet /wifi access was perfect for our teenage son . Wifi access was strong even outside. The pool was warm and we had such fun playing ball games while the sun beds were comfortable and the shade perfect if required. Location perfect so close to the buzzing nightlife or the quiet side street bars if you prefer those. We would definitely go back the check in and check out process was flawless and the owner so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and I would go back tomorrow 😃💕

Lovely villa very short distance to all the amenities, bars , restaurants and shops. Only had one small issue with internet but Alex sorted it immediately. Highly recommended this villa , perfect pool for playing volleyball. Thank you again Alex .

Relaxing week away everything you need great views

Everything that you needed was available for use, pool was cleaned every 4 days and little veranda was a little haven to get out of the sun for a while,just a short walk took you to the shop for your basic stuff and only a short walk down to the main strip, would certainly book this villa again should the need arise, plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.Can't thank Alex enough for helping out when we left a item there and has arranged for its return

Enjoyed a really relaxing week at Villa Casa Blanca. Great place with everything in it that you could possibly want. Clean & tidy. Brilliant sea view.. Only about 5 minute walk to sea front, bars & restaurants. Supermarket few minutes walk away. Would definitely go back there.

The property was just what we were looking for - just a few street back from the main strip, so quiet in the evening, but a 5 minute walk and you're at the centre of everything. A well Maintained property, with all mod cons and plenty of space. Loved it - will definitely book again.

This property unfortunately was not in good condition. It smelt damp, was damp, and the facilities for a baby were simply unhygienic. It was not well maintained at all. The "power showers" dripped water in the afternoons however we were not sure if this was due to the works going on outside of the property. Unfortunately the owner failed to confirm this. There were a lot of flies within the property so it was hard to open all windows as advised in the guest folder. The swimming pool had loose stones around it however we are aware this was attempted to be mended once we vacated the property. As a apartment it definitely was a considerable let down for us all. It was not maintained to a high standard what so ever.

Clean,everything you needed was in villa. Real beds,duvets and pillows. Pool was good size and warm. Fantastic value for money. Had to contact owner over electricity issue. They could not have been more helpful . Turned out electricity was off in whole street. Large fridge freezer was great for food and beer. Plenty of utensils,plates cups etc . I will be recommending this villa to our family and friends. Only 5 minute walk to the main strip. Lovely view from balcony to sit with glass of wine and take in the scenery. If I could have one thing in villa it would be a small fridge at poolside to keep beer/wine in. That's only because it would save me going upstairs for drink😅. On a final point, the owners allowed us to stay on for a few hours beyond check out time(we had late flight) as there was no one coming in directly after us. My 69 year mother in law and two children we had with us thought this was fantastic gesture as we would have had to kill 6 hours somewhere till taxi came. Customer service at its best. To the owners I would like to say that being in the villa was like a home from home. Fantastic villa, fantastic location.

Just returned from a 10 night stay in villa Casa Blanca. Excellent location, a quiet and peaceful road just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 'strip' with all the clubs, bars and restaurants are. 2oo metres from the nearest supermarket. The villa was spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained with plenty of kitchen equipment. Bedrooms were comfortable, with fluffy towels provided. With 2 teenage boys the 2 bathrooms were a God send! The pool was great and cleaned every 3/4 days. Will be definitely returning next year. The villa manager is at the end of the phone if you need her. Just a thought for the future.....perhaps free wifi???
