The location is perfect, right in old town part. Walking to the beach about 10 minutes.

Lack of parking spots.

The ambience was as expected. The room (junior suit) was big enough, as winter - no noise from street. Staff was nice

Deposit of 300 euros. Didn't get what for. And still have not got back. No complimentary drinking water No cotton pads, shower cap No conditioner for hair (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion was available) No bathrobes. Cmon, no bathrobes in boutique hotel? Only one big towel for person. So it is a problem, if you want to wash your hair. Bathrobe could solve a problem, but.. No small mirror for shaving (man) or make up No ventilation in bathroom A balcony is actually something like french balcony. Useless. What else? The chief of restaurant was definately in love. Tuna and Lamb was so salty, that it was hard to eat. The breakfast was rather modest. And yes - as someone already mentioned - a slice of cheese, ham and sausage per person:) Actually all of imperfections are already mentioned in reviews before. My mistake i dod not read them. Sadly hotel do not do anything to improve their service

The room was excellent. Location great. Beds very comfortable. A lot of space in the suits.

It was a bit of surprise that there had to paid deposit worth 300 euros each room. Extra fee for parking in the yard. Extra fee for guests to access the spa area. For such a price there could be at least 2 hours for free. We missed pancakes or waffles for the kids at breakfast.

The additional cost for spa usage was definately too high compared with other spas in Pärnu. Breakfast room musical playlist included only 1 track in loop which made the athmosphere feel intense and one would not like to stay too long there.

Negatives = no elevator, no light sensor in the corridor. Rest was exeptional

Beautiful and huge room. We didn't use it but there was full kitchen available. Good quality bed. Private parking. Great shower.

the service is perfect! I love the restaurant MON AMI! it is cool! it is a were cosy hotel in the city centre, with a very good restaurant, with spacious rooms, with comfy lobbies, we really loved the hotel and the stuff! definitely we will come again and again! and the wine in room was super good!
