great location easy to walk around and find places to eat and explore. the outdoor space was nice to relax. provided an excellent breakfast. beds and showers were great. we were family of 4 and rented 2 rooms. kids shared a twin room. wifi is fast.

In addition to the excellent breakfast, the staff were accommodating and tried to improve the stay in any way they could. The location is good.

I did not have air conditioning in the room, which made the room very hot. It is also necessary to renovate the bathroom to make it more comfortable. The window looked out onto the backyard, which was not beautiful. Staying at the hotel was not a pleasant experience.

Great staff and very nice place overall.

The street was a bit noisy sometimes at night making it hard to have the window open so the room would get quite hot.

The hostess was fantastic, and so was the breakfast! The wifi signal was very strong and internet was stable. The location was perfect as we could walk to several restaurants and even the bus terminal.

The room was a bit small and could get a little noisy as the walls are not that well insulated. However, this was not really a problem as the few other clients were asleep by 11PM. We had trouble finding the right temperature, both in the bedroom and in the shower. It gets very hot in Santa Cruz, but it cools down at night.
