As pessoas encarregadas por o alojamento não são responsáveis estou a um mês à espera da factura já entrei em contacto diversas vezes e até hoje não me foi enviado nada.

Everything was as promised. The 2-bedroom apartment was big enough, specially loved the big terrace where you could walk straight to the pool area. Kitchen well equipped, parking in the underground garage. Quiet area due to the fact that it wasn´t in the city centre or close to busy roads. In the city centre lot of very good restaurants, also beach side and with view. Not so many usual tourists, it seems to be a popular place for locals to spend their vacation.

Pool area opening times were short, but it was probably due to rescue workers working time. A bit far from centre (restaurants, shops, beach) but for us it was an okay to walk.

Nicely maintained property, located about 10-minute walk from El Rompido city center. The building has a shared pool that is one of the biggest I have ever seen. The pool area also has nice views of the river. It is a quiet community, well-maintained. The apartment has a/c, which is helpful during summer, and very large balcony.

Comfortable beds, nice linen, sufficient facilities for a short stay. Well laid out apartment 2 beds & 2 baths and very clean. nice pool area but limited opening times !

No AirCon in bedrooms, No information in the Apt AT ALL ..nothing about facilities or local area / restaurants or about any equipment in the Apt or the site facilities ( e.g we found out pool didn’t open until noon from groundsman ) and no info was OFFERED by the lady who we ( eventually found) met to collect keys on arrival . The Booking.com info doesn’t give directions to where you pick keys up , so you waste time going to the Apt -only to have to phone a Spanish speaker only , to get directions about 1km away to get the keys in an office . ( not walking distance) it would be better to give directions to the office or for the key holder to meet at the Apt ?When we arrived at the Apartment there were building works adjacent and crane boom over the Apartment- we were lucky we stayed a weekend only when no works, but check if you’re there during the week! The whole area looks like it’s about to be developed. There are no Banks for 10km . Dogs are allowed but you can’t use the grounds. The attitude of the staff was unfortunately off hand as there is no information offered or given about the area or facilities on sites. Although the Apartment is quite comfortable , can’t recommend staying there as you can’t use the lovely pool till noon, the grounds, and ongoing works. DEFINITELY NOT VALUE FOR MONEY - in fact its expensive . Although we paid € 50 for our dogs to stay 2 nights , we swept , cleaned the floors , stripped beds & cleaned Apartment all through before we left & took photos to ensure that there is no recourse. Just as well, as when we returned the keys , the same lady asked us if the Apartment was clean !!! I thought isn’t that we have paid for !!?? Oh well .. we won’t be going back ..
