All staffs are friendly and accommodating. Place is very clean, and for a budget trip it is really recommendable

Not everybody understands English, and communication was a bit of a challenge but aside from it, everything was nice and good.

This is a brilliant location for the train station, we were staying for a trip to Disney and the hotel is mere steps away from the station - and it is then a 3 minute journey to Disney. Perfect! Its right near Val D'Europe and there are plenty or restaurants located very close by.

The bathroom is sort of within the room, it's a bit odd. The room was hot and we couldn't leave the window open as it would have meant no coverage to stop daylight as the blind is attached to the window frame.

the detached shower and toilet that were smaller than aeroplane toilets, the room didn’t have photos of that. the key to the room stopped working so we had to go back down to reception at 11:30pm. had to leave a deposit to borrow an old hairdryer. extremely budget hotel, should have known by the name but everywhere else we have stayed on our Europe trip for the same price has been ALOT better

Extremely small room, bunk bed wasn't made up, extremely warm, car park was required in the booking but zero mention that there was an additional charge for this just that breakfast would be extra if required.

It was really warm in the room even without heating on. Finding we had to sleep with the window open even in early Spring.

Very close to the train station, the mall and La Valle Village. The rooms were of a good size.

The reception staff were a bit unwelcoming and rude. The toilets in the room were not well ventilated.

Location was excepcional. Great restaurants 2 minutes walk away, shops and supermarket very close and super close to the tram/train (30 seconds away). 1 stop away from disney so perfect for those going there. Room was very clean.

Reception staff were rude and the check in was not good as the woman couldn't understand any English and got my name wrong even though I showed her the booking details on my phone with my name on it. She had to knock on the room door twice at night when my child was about to go to sleep and demand we pay city tax that she forgot to charge us and didn't let us pay the morning after. Breakfast was ok with no protein options for people with dairy allergies. When I asked for plant based milk for me and my son who are allergic staff told us to just walk to other ibis to go ask for it.

We had an accessible room, the sliding bathroom door fell off the rails several times, the room was not that clean We booked this hotel as it offered 12pm entry to rooms so we could drop our luggage off and head straight to Disney. We arrived at 1.30pm and our rooms were not cleaned and ready for us.

Next to Metro Station/ Disneyland Paris Microwave in Lobby WiFi was very good

Easy to get too after staying in Disneyland.

We picked this hotel to stay as a crossover after staying at Disneyland park's hotel. I understand you get what you pay for but even then this is over priced. Rude staff and very unprofessional, I also didn't feel safe in this property and I think that is the MINIMUM anyone should expect when you are paying to stay in an establishment. No security to prove you have a reservation, anyone can walk in at anytime. The locks on the bedroom doors weren't very secure either. Also the room was disgusting and needs a proper deep clean. My wife has stayed in YHA hostels where people walk around common areas in their bare feet, and this hotel was still more disgusting to her.

The location is brilliant for Disneyland and shopping. The room is clean.

The staff who checked us in was rude and impatient. For the £3 tax he didn't explain what it is and just said "pay" while tapping on the card machine in a hurry.

The location is the selling point for this hotel - one stop (2 mins) from Disney and 40 mins from Paris. Located right outside the train station (take the exit at the opposite end of the platform from the main station). The hotel is budget, and this is apparent in the fact you don’t get a ‘proper’ bathroom. But, the beds are comfortable enough and the staff were very helpful!

I think you get what you pay for, bear that in mind
