lovely period detail; rooms well decorated; terrace overlooking “period pool” and established garden. 5 minute walk to the Arena and the train station.
perhaps a little noisy with background noise trains if that would bother you. No facility to make tea or coffee.

An exceptional building - an art Deco gem.
We have stayed in few finer buildings.
Very convenient for walking into the centre of Nimes and the many restaurants.
The room(s) were spacious
Yves was a charming host.
VeryWe didn't bring a hair dryer - and I didn't know how to ask for one (very slowly) in French!
Breakfast is very good, and personally served by Yves.
There is no restaurant for meals at other times.(the brass plaque at the entrance says "Restaurant")
Other than that, no complaints.

A beautiful, original, grand house in a secret walled garden - what’s not to like.
Unfortunately, there were roadworks while we were there.

Building and gardens were very beautiful, the owner friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
Given the location there was some traffic noise, but it did impact our enjoyment at all

Very well kept mansion from early 1900s- pool and gardens excellent- better then pictures can capture - has claw bathtub, no shower in the unit we stayed- we were fine with that.

Wow! We loved staying here and can't wait to come back. The host, Yves, is amazing, personable, and so kind - he welcomed us like old friends and we felt so at home. Our room was very cozy, and we enjoyed a relaxing sleep. The breakfast that is provided is beautiful, simple, and completely perfect! We were blown away. There's also a small pool in the middle of the garden that is perfect for a quick dip and a few short laps. Honestly, this was one of the best places we stayed over our entire 3 week trip. Absolutely recommend!
