it is hard to describe the apartment because it blows your mind, fantastic location, excellent interior design, small balcony with incredidable view

the checkin details were incorrect on bookings.com but staff from the associated hotel sent us a WhatsApp directions which was fine

This apartment was absolutely amazing! So much attention to details, the style is very gorgeous. It was also very spacious and has everything that you need. Very clean and the hosts are super friendly! Couldn’t wish for more! The wifi was so so and parking is around 15 min walk to the hotel but not a big problem. Everything else is perfect! Highly recommended!

Fantastic place. We had the entire apartment to ourselves, and it was enormous and quite luxurious. Excellent location. We were able to park our car just on the edge of the ZTL, and it was an easy walk with the suitcases. Initially, we had trouble finding the place, there is an old address published, however, the people sent instructions by phone message, and we found the place ok. We didn't have much contact with the staff, it was done remotely. Great apartment, spacious, clean and with every facility

This accommodation was exceptional! The decor, the position went beyond our expectations! Parking is a problem but to be expected as you can't take a car into Pitigliano. It was also a tad problematic finding the accommodation as we weren't met by staff - soon sorted though.

I mean... it is between a palace and a cave on the rocks, exceptional details and qualities and the views from windows and balcony are amazing or difficult to believe. You want something special... definitely a winner!

I absolutely loved the house itself and the views. Pitigliano is magical and the house was exceeding my expectations. We walked in and I just had to call to the reception to see if I hadn't made a mistake. The place is massive and just stunning. I would have liked a little handwritten note upon arrival with a few flyers of things to do but Pitigliano is small so we discovered it by ourselves.

Getting there was complicated and parking next to it is impossible. Even when they said I could unload within the city walls, I wouldn't recommend that to anyone. The streets are so narrow that I'm surprised that I didn't get stuck! It's not easy to find parking but just pack light and walk to end of the village to get to the house. They also say that children of all ages are welcome but I was terrified that my baby would damage any of the beautiful pieces of art or the glass table in the salon.

I’ve never stayed in such an amazing place. Excellent location, very communicative staff prior to check-in, and absolutely beautiful setting/house. My favorite place we stayed on my Italy trip so far. :)

This is one of, if not the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. I would like to spend the rest of my life here. Great local restaurants, wonderful views, exceptional decor. Absolutely perfect. The host Cristiano is a wonderful soul.

Amazing apartment, I can recommend it to everyone wishing to stay in a special, unique place.

The ambiance of this Tuscan property created a hillside oasis in a beautifully furnished home that reeked of the gentility of days of yore. We would recommend that guests be firmly forewarned about both the necessity to park some distance from the Casa and to have as little luggage as possible. Otherwise, the magic of its location and the warmth of its spacious interiors made this Casa a real find. We hope to return with family members in tow.

The views maybe but you have the same from the public terrace nearby.

This place is creepy in a huge historic apartment at the very end of the village. There is no reception and if you don’t receive the code that opens the door, no one to call! There is no cell reception in the most part of the village. Like any historic building in this area, the smell of humidity and old walls is overwhelming. Some may like it but not my type of place….

Such tranquillity. Amazing decor and atmosphere. Perfect weekend getaway for a couple! It's even better than what the photos portray. Lovely bathroom too!

The room is crazy, a huge apartment in the mountain. But maybe a bit too big and creepy just for a couple. It feels a bit like an old cave, which is on one hand really pretty and special, but on the other a little less cozy.

The check-in process: we received a WhatsApp message which made it super difficult to find the place when it could've very clearly been explained how to find it.

Location is great, the house it wonderful and styilish, great value for money, great stay. Staff super friendly and easy check in. Strongly suggested!

No staff receiving you at your arrival. Check-in made with just a box containing the keys of your room. The booked room far away from the above check-in point. No TV in the room. The wi-fi working only near the modem, not working in the bedroom. Internal stairs with no handrail, very dangerous. No breakfast in the facilities. Just a voucher to be spent in a nearby bar, which entitles you to just a hot drink and a croissant.

Absolutely amazing view from the window in the city wall. Very big apartment with bathroom and additional toilet and... wine cellar carved in the rock - unforgetable place. Delicious italian breakfast in local cafe included. Fully equiped kitchen with coffee machine and fridge. Very good communication with landlords and non-contact check in and out - very safe these days.
