The room was spacious, with high ceiling and a terrace, with a view on the hills and the roof of the opera house. The bed was comfortably large. There was a fitness room in the hotel, and a possibility to iron one's clothes. The staff was very friendly, the concierges smiling. It has an excellent location: a 5 minutes walk to the opera and to the City Hall, and the Les Kurbas Street with its bars is just around the corner.

No complaints. Arriving with a car, though, be careful to choose the right route to get to the parking lot: there are one way streets on both sides.

Clean modern hotel, good location

Management and their unwilling to solve problems. We faced a harassment during stay at this hotel The parking guard was harassing, attacking verbally and cursing at my wife who has a 9 month old baby with her! never ever coming back this place is a joke management after 2 days of “investigation” figured out a poor “we are sorry” can’t explain what our family went through at this hotel.

Central location, nice view from 7.th floor, no noise from traffic, very good bed, high standard

Just one little thing...the walls between the hotel rooms are a bit thin..you can oftentimes hear your neigbours talking...

Very good location and nice reception service. Room was also clean and nice.

The breakfast is quite simple.
