It is clean.
The apartment is very far from the beach and in the hill, the check in is at 14:30 which is not reasonable.

Excellent hotel-like quality studio, well-equipped kitchen, balcony, provided parking spot. I must say it looked better than the pictures. Spotless clean! Spacious for 2 people. Wifi worked ok I was able to have a skype call maybe not the fastest but it was ok. We could see a bit of the sea from the window which was a plus. The location a bit uphill but totally walkable both to the beaches and the center. Also, we were able to check in early. I would definitely stay again. Great value for this price.
If you turn the ventilator in the bathroom it starts to smell bad as I imagine it sucks air from the sewage.

Very spacious, clean and well-equipped room with a nice private balcony.

The apartment is situated close to the beach and have underground parking, very useful when outside is very hot!

Superb staff; very clean and well equipped apartment. I would go back any time.
Air condition is only in the “living room”; if there was one in the bed room as well; it would be in top 5 apartments in Makarska

-clean apartment (white clean sheets, clean floor and all other furniture in the room)
-fresh towels every second day
-the room (kitchen) was well equiped
-the halls were clean and smell was nice
-hand sanitizer was avaliable
-TV and wifi worked perfectly
-the beach was 10 minutes walk away
-the AC worked perfectly
-toilet is new and clean
-safe private parking space in front of the apartment
-city center is 15 minutes away
-check in and check out went smoothly
-the view from the third floor was nice
-the markets and bars are close
