Gutes Frühstück (wenn auch Ambiente nicht so schön) Guter Fitnessraum Zentrale Lage

* Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Nachtclub mit sehr lauter Musik und Neon-Lichter bis 5h morgens, schlecht isolierte Fenster. Der tiefe Bass ließ uns bis 5h morgens (dann schließt der Club) nicht schlafen! * Unfreundliches, gelangweiltes und wenig hilfsbereites Personal! * Das Hotel machte den Eindruck eines "Stundenhotels". Abends fuhren regelmäßig ältere Herren mit jungen Damen hoch auf die Zimmer!

Breakfast cold from 10-11am. It was warm when I got there at 9:30. But afterwards around 10, it got cold.

Super clean, comfortable, convenient location, good food and breakfast buffet options, great facility staff and restaurant staff.

Front desk staff not so much friendly or welcoming. They are the face of Brand / Hotel and the first people to meet customer. A warm welcome with nice smile will be nice.

Only good thing this time was the location, it's walking distance from a lot of other plaza and shops.

The room I got was dirty! Especially the bathroom. The day I had to be early at an appointment 6am all the elevators were down and there was no valet at that time and had to run down the emergency stairs,I was on the 8th floor! 🤯
