Laveno was a very good choice for visiting Lake Maggiore: it’s peaceful and very convenient to discover the islands by boat. The decoration and the facilities of the hotel were very fine. Especially the food was delicious.

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect: near ferry, and the funicular. Its great to spend more time and have time for the pool relaxing and also to visit funicular.
The breakfast was good.
Staff is really helpful and friendly.
There is elevator, car parking and everything needed to have great time in the hotel.
Clear and comfortable rooms.
The half bord was not really good.
The wine list could be better.

aircon could not be adjusted and room was very warm if windows kept shut ( which we did due to mosquitoes)

Straight on the lake, new, cozy, comfortable, nice rooms, perfect shower, comfy beds. Staff was excelent and helpful. Great dinner and breafast included in the room price.

A simply excellent hotel in a stunning location. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were relaxed and every need was catered for . We had treated ourselves to the Garden Suite for a special birthday and were totally blown away by the stunning views and understated stylish but luxurious design. We had gone half board for breakfast and dinner. They were both incredible, with fresh local produce

Everyone at the hotel was charming, helpful and receptive to our needs and wishes. Our room (a lake-view suite) was magnificent. It was modern, spacious, beautifully appointed and had all the mod cons we could need. We were on a half-board basis and the food was delicious and soft and alcoholic drinks were included. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily return
