We loved our stay at Hotel Arkade. Mario the receptionist at this hotel was very welcoming and friendly…..he couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The location was very good and central. Room clean and breakfast was very nice. We would definitely return back to this hotel if visiting Leverkusen again. Thank you again for a great stay.

What a wonderful friendly welcome from the owner. We arrived around 12.30pm - a little too early to check in to our room, but this was not a problem and we were allocated a superb double room with spotlessly clean en suite, soft white towels and toiletries. Unfortunately we only booked one night here. Had we known how good it was going to be we would have stayed longer. Breakfast on our check out day was a superb array of food - fresh fruit and yoghurts, amazing bread rolls with hams and cheeses, scrambled eggs and wurst, fresh juice and great coffee.
