Weather, beach, pool and the quiet area. Local restaurant and supermarket good.

List endless: one shower broken, other ran very hot then cold, keys difficult to guess which to what door- needed labelling, no air conditioning, mosquitoes( no nets/ electrical repellents(no instructions for the house or surrounding area, no emergency numbers, no TV/ Netflix for holiday guests. When we arrived at 21:30 had to be dropped off by taxi at the office for keys, pay 50 Euros and then were expected to get in a taxi to the property but as we hadn't booked a taxi the property guy did give us a lift in the maintenence van. The villa was situated on the side of a hill and a car is needed. An elderly or infirmed person could not walk up the hill from the beach or supermarket easily. Waiting for refund of deposit or confirmation of refunded deposit.

Pool, patio, views, proximity to beach

Layout - one bedroom separated downstairs. Interior benefit from refreshment. Usual issues - shower head not working properly, knifes not sharp, appliances being very very basic

really bad mosquito problem and gaps under doors and no mesh window blinds so they get in at will and eat you! Good location, good pool, good car access and parking, easy to get to shops and beach, nice selection of fruit trees in garden, private and with good views

The small room downstairs is unusable - I ended up sleeping on the floor of the living room upstairs. Many broken items inc kettle, cooker hood, fans, no hot water in kitchen tap, maintenance men just turn up unannounced whilst we are by pool or on veranda and start cleaning or gardening (why can't that be done on the handover day?) The WiFi is terrible.non existent - make sure you have data on your phone Some windows do not open, Some shutters do not close, the shower hose is broken and spraying everywhere, Washing machine does not drain out so clothes are soaking wet when finished Outside security lights come on randomly making us think someone is outside in the night Villa was not clean - fag buts, cans, clothing, general grubbiness And when all this was pointed out to Plus Holidays - they pretty much shrugged and said complain to Booking.com who has offered 25 euro discount! 700 Euro villa with all that wrong and one of the three rooms uninhabitable and 25 euros Don't bother booking this one - it's terrible
