Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The shower didn't work well. More water came out of the bathtub faucet than the shower head. We had to reset the hot tub circuit breaker every time we used it. Lastly there were tenants staying there that were load and had their music blasting in the common area outside.

If youre looking for a comfortable place to stay while out and about in Summit County, this place fits the bill. Great location for walking Breckenridge, easy to get on the road to go anywhere, equiped to male a decent meal on an evening in.

Park Medows emailed me about flooding issues only 15 minutes before check in. Floor was damp and the room smelled terrible. Office hours were closed by the time I got in (traffic) so nothing was addressed until the next day. Park Medows made no effort remedy or compensate for the issue they KNEW about ahead of time. Don't expect this place to care about anything except your payment. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better stay.

Great little cozy stay. The only thing that would have been more helpful is more information about how to get to and from the lifts. We figured it out, but it took us a day and half.

This place seems like it might be a more run down stay with few amenities. This is not the case at all, this place has everything we needed for a 4 person stay with 4 adults cooking most meals. The place was small but very cozy, and walking distance to everything. The hut tubs were actually open and not overcrowded and the other guests were very pleasant.

Hard to beat the location just a few minutes walk from town. Check in is easy, hosts communicate well and respond quickly. It’s a tiny apartment that hasn’t been updated since it was built, but it’s fine. Walls are super thin and it’s very noisy so light sleepers beware and bring ear plugs. Nice game room available with pool and ping pong and two adjacent hot tubs also available. Overall it’s solid value for the price.

Great location, sweet retro vibe and walking distance to the nearest stores and shops. We walked over to see the Troll and back, rented some e-bikes and attended a family wedding during our short stay. No AC, no problem! Just crack the windows and let the cool breeze in. Can’t wait to plan my next trip. We’ll be back soon!

Great location, easy to catch the bus to the lifts and to walk downtown. Kitchen has enough to cook basic meals. We enjoyed the loft area to play pool, sit by the fire. Hot tubs were nice to use but needed to be cleaned. Bedroom mattress was decent, more than 2 pillows would have been nice. Pull out couch mattress was very thin and had black mold on the bottom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved how we could ski in using the four o’clock trail to our place.

Very tidy and lovely room. The room was equipped with all the amenities that we needed. A comfortable bed and the bathroom spacious bathroom for two people. The communication was very prompt and welcoming. Loved the location we were able to walk into town for shopping and dinning. Would recommend to family and friends.

The best thing about this is how cozy it was, with still a lot of room. They even have an outside bunk for ski equipment and a nice lobby area to hangout outside the room, quick walk to Main Street! The bed was super board hard so we decided to sleep on the pullout couch, which wasn’t good but better than the bed.

Great experience all around! Very clean and quiet. Utilized great rooms for billiards, games and the hot tub. Walking distance to Main Street, with lots of cute shops and restaurants, and hikes. Would recommend for a 1-2 person stay.

Easiest check in ever! Great location, however, not really ski in. You must hike the last 100 ft or so across a small stream and up a short but steep hill...or ski down the street if there's fresh snow. Hot tub is nice, but busy with only one of the two currently in use. But it was only set at 84' one of the days I was there (that was an uncomfortable run back inside), and was foamy on a few separate occasions. The water for the whole building was shut off 2 different times while I was there, but the issues were resolved promptly and communication about the issues were well communicated during the issues. Though I never received the follow up call as offered. The outside ski locker/bench was perfect. The common areas were lovely and the game room is awesome. All things considered, I'm not sure if I would stay there again at the same price point. But it's a decent place overall.

Great Location, small, confortable shared room
The appartment is small, good for a couple and one kid...or 2 little. Doesnt have dish washer machine. The complementary share room is big and makes, tha apt bigger. Hot tub works perfectly. Location is GREAT!!

An older but clean apartment. Slight cigarette smell. The internet did NOT WORK - the router is broken. The toaster is a fire hazard - get a new one management!!! The toilet needs to be tightened to the floor.
The hot tubs were nice. Close to Main Street, bus stops and the 4 o'clock run.

Skiing lodging
The room is outdated and a little dark but was the perfect location! The beds could benefit from an upgrade but they served their purpose. Check in and out was as easy as it could be! Nice locked storage for skis right outside the room. The price was great for location, 5 minute shuttle to the lifts, ski right back to the room.

Park meadow nightmare
Their was mold on the bedroom ceiling
Mold on the pull out mattress. Bathtub didn't drain. Toaster cord had electric tape around it. Bedroom mattress was old and uncomfortable. Shower head was way low. Sharp object in one of the hot tubs.

An OK place for a night.
The place wasn't too bad, as far as location and size for 3 people. The reason for a bad review was for cleanliness. The pull out couch wasn't made and when we went to make the bed the white sheet that was on there had a huge pee stain, and the pillow cases on the bed had dried blood stains. If it wasn't for that I would 100% stay there again.
Also, I just wanted to let the owners know that their shower head is leaking pretty bad.
