Breakfast ok...Staff were lovely and very hard working. Pool area fantastic...location in centre of the small town. Publin areas were modern and cleaned well.

Cleaning in hotel room. Drinking glasses were never changed. Alot of dust on shelf of top room clothes unit and under the beds. Bedding could have been changed more often.

Such a modern, beautiful hotel. The new pool renovations are amazing and it could not be in a better location!

Our private pool was dirty constantly which meant we could not use it, staff did clean it regularly so it was not their fault it was just the position of our pool I think in room D101.

Perfect location.

The room had a lot of maintenance issues, broken tiles, broken cover on the fuse box, leaking shower head. We were also in the newly renovated block so surprised that it had so many items that needed mending. The pool area is lovely but just too noisy with loud club type music, just not our thing.

When I booked the pictures of the room were from the new side. When we arrived we were given a terrible room. We asked for a better room and we have been offered a room in the new part of the hotel of course for an extra charge. Also the accommodation we booked was with breakfast included for 4 persons. When we arrived we told that we only have breakfast only for 3. We had to pay more also for that although we received from booking the assurance that all is set. I asked for invoice and they did not give invoice for the extra payment. We accepted all these because we were travelling with a 3 year old child in August and all was booked. The reservation was made in April. Overall we felt cheated. Breakfast poor. Does not pay the money

The apartment was OK. The shower room was exceptional. The beds were changed every other day. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day.

Not a lot of wardrobe space for clothes. The chambermaids didn't come till mid afternoon, which was a little inconvenient. The private pool and patio never got any sunshine all day, which was very disappointing.

Booked private pool, very badly designed, had to climb over one lounger to get to other, they were overhanging pool. I couldn’t get into pool, too steep, and depth wasn’t suitable. Room not usually cleaned until late afternoon, when we had returned from beach.

Didn’t like toilet one end of room, sink in bedroom, shower the other end, which let water flowing into room, again badly designed.

New pool area lovely and food nice there too. Position of hotel is great. Close to beach and in centre of resort.

The noise was unbearable. Morning, noon and night.....and I mean all night. This was the beginning of October so hardly high season and in a quiet resort. Drunk, loud shouting doors banging, swearing. We were staying in the deluxe rooms too, across from main hotel. Disgusting behaviour and nothing done about it. Also private pool was freezing so unusable. Should be heated when you're paying for a room like that . Apparently uts like rhat on summer too as rooms and pool never see the sun that side.

the updated more expensive accommodation was great visited the other where friends where. glad I booked the up grade

the breakfast was habitually stone cold. especially the fried eggs. top tip Letsos warm the shafer dishes before using evening meal was great and hot surprisingly

location was perfect, short distance from beach and next to a great pub… the jammin bar 😁

had everything we needed

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff, every day clean room, the sea only about 150m, breakfasf was the same every day, but there was everything we needed. Dinners were ok. :-) We really enjoyed our stay a lot.

I was really dissapointed with the temperature of our private pool, it was cold as ice and for us it was impossible to use it. If I knew, I would not pay for this kind of room. Also the big pool was very cold...

deluxe apartment was modern, spacious and clean. The pool was superb that was exclusive to the deluxe rooms.

The area was a bit scruffy and noisy with busy traffic.

Lets start with the basics on what you are actually booking when you select to stay at this hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment at Letsos hotel but were not put in the hotel itself. There are 8 buildings, which are not all next to each other, that are all under the umbrella name of Letsos hotel. We were put in a building a 300 yard walk along the main road and away from the pool and facilities. The pool and bar shown in the photos is not owned and run by the hotel, it is run by a different company and is open to the public so it is not only those staying at the hotel that use it. So beware - you cannot nip back to your hotel room or let you kids go down to the pool on their own as you cannot see the pool from your room if you are put in a block down the road.

The 2 bedroom apartment was nothing like the pictures on the booking.com website. It was very run down, the decoration was poor and the facilities were not as described. The air conditioning was one unit above the door in one of the bedrooms only. The double bed was just two singles pushed together. The bathroom door wouldn't open fully because of the bath. There was no shower curtain so every time you used the shower you soaked the bathroom floor. The curtain in the second bedroom wouldn't stay shut as the curtain rail was hung on an incline. The patio furniture was plastic and not wicker a shown in the photograph so it was too hot to sit on. We had a table and 3 chairs to sit on for 5 people. We had 4 plates, bowls etc for 5 people. As we were on the top floor the ceiling had the roof beams in so you couldn't use half the room without banging your head on the beams. There was 1 sofa bed (not 2 as in the description) but it was so old it had a throw on it to cover the stains and dirt. Maybe we just got bad luck and ended up with a run down room but most importantly when we went to reception to say the room wasn't as described they decided to argue with us and clearly didn't care. The pool area was half empty every day so we knew there were other rooms available but the hotel elected not to do anything about our room or our complaint.

We enjoyed our 3 day 2 night stay. The staff is very powerful and kind. The pool is amazing, clean and the water was luke warm. There was a small garden for kids to play.

Breakfast was not perfect, but it was ok. Wifi access in the room was bad.

It was clean and had a great pool area. we ate everyday there and never had a bad meal.
