Wonderful jem of a place, family are lovely, thank you all so much, the rooms that are updated are superb, and breakfast was very very good, homemade marmalade was very good, we both cant wait to return next year , i cant speak highly enough of bel passo, also the family has a restaurant called scorpios, a must as well, see you guys next year, thanks again

Great appartment, amazing breakfast.

Maria and her family are really lovely and welcoming and put a lot of care into the apartments and making us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartments/rooms have everything you need, are cleaned regularly and the breakfast in the morning was lovely.

I cannot praise this place enough. All I can say is you will feel “at home”.

Breakfast was amazing! First class greek food and service.

The transfer service from the hotel to the port was a little pricey especially if you’re sharing with other passengers.

Really friendly and helpful owners and family. Breakfast was amazing with a different choice everyday. Beds were really comfortable, slept well. Kitchen had everything that you needed. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. For us everything was perfect. As a side note they also have a restaurant called SCORPIOS would highly recommend it, we had a lovely meal there Fresh Local produce and reasonably priced.

Amazing journey in Kos thanks to these great and welcoming people. We spent a wonderful time in Bel Paso. Learned some greek, got lovely breakfast, got the appartment cleaned all the time, a playground for the kid just in front. They can help you out for renting a car or any other needs. We can only recommend them if you want your daily stress out and enjoy your holidays as it should be.

A Gem of a property with morning sun on one balcony and evening sun on the other. Lots of little extras and room was immaculate and spacious. Owners very helpful, fun and friendly and the breakfast was supurb with a vast choice of homemade and local foods.

Buffet breakfast was great. Good choice including vegetarian/ vegan options. Poppy, our host, was lovely.

The beds were a bit hard and one night there were noisy guests... not the fault of the apartments.

The apartment set back from the main road offers a very good breakfast. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and beach are within walking distance.

However, the rooms are not well soundproofed.

We stayed in Villa Bel Passo for 7 days and it was excellent. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and give you that family feeling right from the start. Breakfast were delicious, home Greek cuisine and a lot more. They cleaned apartment and change sheets and towels every 2 days. We really loved our stay at Villa Bell Passo and will be back for sure! Excellent value for money!

very good breakfast, nice owners, clean rooms

In my opinion this apartment is not suitable for more than 3 people (3 beds in bedroom is max). A bed in Living Room (in fact kitchen), next to a noisy fridge is really bad idea. Lack of hot water in the evenings (3 out of 4 evenings I spent there) Noisy air-con that couldn't cool down the bedroom My card got charged one week in advance but it was stated in the offer that no pre-payment needed.

Everyhting was perfect, Maria and everbody was so nice and kind! The breakfast was delicious, like we were in a hotel, the room was big, with two balconies. There is a small playground in the garden, and everything is near, the reastaurants and the beaches also.

Only one thing: the shower is really small, but it is fine for a week, for us it was no problem at all.

Been there many times in that location for over 20 years.

There are many good things to mention about these apartments: an extensive breakfast every morning, cozy atmosphere of the whole apartments area, spotlessly clean apartments, kid's playground available. However, the best part of this place is the wonderful family keeping the apartments. They were always glad to help us with different questions and we appreciated it a lot. Eagerly awaiting our next trip to Kos to stay at Villa Bel Passo again :)

Few times there was no water at all, but it was the problem of the whole village, so can't really complain about it.

Under covid, breakfast choice was still very varied & met all needs. Safety was also identified & felt extremely safe.

Amaaaaaazing place! If i could, i would rate it 15 points instead of 10))) everything was super cool! Owners are extremely friendly and nice, room was just incredible. View!! From both sides) Breakfasts are super tasty and cooked by owners. Btw dinners are also incredible and of very very good price! Also, very good location, just 7 min from the beach. So everything was perfect. Really, I am in love with this place!
