Struggle to find anything positive to say.

Arrived at 22.30 after very delayed flight dark dirty dead end street piled with rubbish no friendly greeting no room service available not even a drink in reception. Opened bedroom door and bug ran across the desk and underneath (yes I know it’s Asia but not bad in any other hotel in Viet Nam) Noisy guests and staff had my door banged on 3 times having to get up twice due to staff at wrong room once another guest. Noisy men arriving after midnight having shouted conversations in hall and same people about 7am next morning. Breakfast lifeless and poor very little for a vegetarian (fruit was ok) no orange juice half stuff run out. Dining room lifeless shite music but a lovely view. Pool ok but tried to get a drink out there they brought one left and never came back to ask if wanted another had to go hunting for staff to pay. Staff so unfriendly the total opposite of the other hotel I stayed in HCMC at same price I would 100% not stay here again it’s a boring corporate hotel def not for travelers.

The view from the restaurant

I’m a vegetarian but egg omelette ok. Before I checked in I had requested for vegetarian food options. But when I went everything had some pork or fish or meat in it. I just had bread and some coffee. Omelette was ok but not done properly to my expectations. There was nothing when compared to non vegetarian options. People couldn’t understand what I was asking.

Cleanliness, staff attitude and location was good

Rooms are actually smaller than shown in pictures on booking.com. There are no vegetarian/halal food options. Staff doesn't even understand the term "halal".

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Really kind and always willing to help.

Rooms are small but it’s a city stay.

The staff were extremely lovely. The hotel is located on a quiet street but only a moments walk from restaurants and bars in district one.

The walls of the rooms were very thin. And the bathroom was poorly designed, not sure who thought a glass bathroom was a good idea

Location was great close to so many eateries. Nice breakfast, clean swimming pool. All Staff are fabulous

Fridge started up constantly during the night

El hotel es nuevo y moderno. Tiene una piscina en el último piso con buenas vistas (te proveen de albornoz y chanclas para acudir). El desayuno era 70% europeo con variedad media. Las habitaciones tenían buena insonorización y limpieza. Amabilidad del personal

La calle en la que se encuentra no da buena impresión, si bien no tuvimos problemas de inseguridad. La habitación era bastante pequeña y la ducha no tenía mampara completa por lo que después de la ducha el baño se convertía en una piscina

Room were very small and Since we are pure Vegeterian no option for Vegeterian in this hotel. We have to skip Breakfast. and Location was fine.

Liked that it was located back from the main roads which was quieter

The room was a bit smaller than we would have liked especially when you have 2 large suitcases to maneuver

Toilet so big and clean

The bed not comfort I stay 10th floor, upstair so niosy, when the people move the chair.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room is small but has everything we needed. Clean bathroom, great shower 🚿 however they don’t have Smart Tv in our room. Bed was comfortable and room is clean, but a bit small.

Excellent breakfast served at the top floor with excellent city and river views. Hard working staff and convenient location.

The location is good, not far away from the little Japan. Although the room is not big, but it's tidy and clean. The 11/f complimentary breakfast surprise me, it's was good, especially the pho.

The room ventilation can be improved. The hot water seems come from the central water heater, I don't have enough hot water to finish a 5 min shower.

Location Swimming pool Breakfast

If anyone walked out from the breakfast buffet hungry then we have no idea why. Every nationality was catered for. Our room was exactly what we booked plus extra views. While location is in a quieter part of town, everything is within walking distance. The pool was great and to be able to hang there after checkout and have a shower before flying out was a huge bonus at no extra charge. Wifi worked throughout the floors and we only had to log in once which was a bonus.
