The hotel is clean, fully equipped, behind the persimmon garden is chill in the morning and afternoon. Love it. Breakfast delicious, many dishes, overlooking the persimmon garden.

There is a bad smell every morning from the kitchen sink drain that needs to be taken care of. Breakfast could be better for vegetarian people . You could think about activating YouTube etc. on the TV

View from the window. Reception staff were very helpfull. Helped to book a bus and arranged transfer to bus station. Helped to move to another room, because first one was ruined and dirty. But second room was pretty much the same.
Soundproof awful, matress awful, hot water can disappear any time, no electric sockets near headboard, doors are ruined, walls are dirty, everything is dirty. We found a wet dirty towel in the sink when moved in.

This is the second time I went back Hong Mon Villa. The staff are very friendly and because the room was available, so they let us check in early charge.

A beautiful view of the alley from the balcony. Very good services. Very clean. Not too far from the center and very quiet at the evening.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The buffet breakfast is very good. The appartment we booked for our family was spacious, with two bathrooms and a lot of place to tidy up our stuff. Quiet place not too far of the downtown (5 minutes/ around 50.000vnd taxi for night market)
