Highly recommended! Luis, his wife, and the staff are awesome! So clean and secure. We were very well accommodated and enjoyed our recent 5 night stay very much. Beautiful rooms and pool. We ended up in unit 3 - amazing! Unit 5 is also nice. Both have King size beds. Unit 3 is larger and has a more magnificent ocean view of Zihuatanejo harbour. Lovely stay all around. Great value. This was the third place we stayed in the area and definitely the best for us. Only a short 1 block stroll down to an access to the beautiful Playa La Ropa. We had a very special dinner one night at the Triton oceanfront restaurant on the beach just down the road - a great tuna salad, prawn fajitas, pina colada, mango margarita, and very much enjoyed the live music! Lots of stairs so not for anyone mobility challenged - It’s expected as it is built on a steep hillside allowing it the wonderful views! The road noise was sometimes loud

Each villa is different. Our room was wonderful, yet the bathroom was small. It would've been helpful to have a few hooks for hand and body towels, along with a small shelf for bath items vs on top of the back of toilet. The shower began to stink from being clogged prior to our arrival and it would've been nice to have help over the weekend. The view from our room was amazing!! The housekeeping and maintenance staff were terrific.

I had a difficult time walking by & having smokers at next door unit.

The location was perfect- 4 min walking to the best swimming beach- Playa la Ropa. Beautiful Villa overlooking the sea, really comfortable including drinking water and the daily cleaning service was a plus! Beautiful outdoor kitchen which was well stocked and easy to make simple meals in. Internet good enough to work with. Buses go past doorstep every few minutes to the centre, Oxxo just down the road, plus a great Italian restaurant. All the staff were very attentive and polite and owner is very responsive. Pool was perfect to lounge around.

Lots of bugs- but to be expected right next to the jungle!

We loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra day because it was really hard to leave. The staff is great and they were really helpful and friendly. The villas are beautiful and they were just like the pictures but even better. The location is fantastic! A few steps from the best beach of Zihua.

I liked everything

Nice property, excellent location, and clean rooms.

I didn’t like that the night we arrived we weren’t given the room we had paid for. We were placed in Villa 1 instead of the Villa 6. Villa 6 had superior a view, better wifi signal, and less traffic noise. We ended up in Villa 6 the following nights and were very happy.

Beautiful property tiered into the hillside with panoramic ocean views. Gorgeous architecture and landscaping. Our unit was ideal. Very nice layout with comfortable bed. nice sized patio with outdoor fully stocked kitchen, built in seating.

The people were very welcoming and helpful. The place was immaculate. Great location for walking to La Ropa Beach with great restaurants nearby and beach itself stunning. View from our villa was gorgeous. I felt safe.

At certain times of the day the road noise was unpleasant and disruptive. I would have appreciated if items such as salt and pepper as well as coffee filters were provided for our stay.
