small cozy lodge with convenient shuttle and just opposite 7-11 which is super convenient… staff were super helpful and go extra mile to help when we asked for help.

We stayed 4 nights in a double room with ensuite bathroom. The room was spotless, staff was super friendly and very helpful from the beginning till the end. They offer a mixed Japanese/Western breakfast and have a very convenient in-house ramen place for dinner. Also, a little convenient store is right across the street. Shuttle service to the ski resort as well as from and to the local train station. One evening during our stay, they even hosted a Japanese cultural event for the guests. We had a great stay and would certainly recommend this place!

Great location. Very nice staff. The installations are very adequate for the area in terms of kitchen, storage of ski etc.

It could have option without breakfast or options of breakfast (vegetarian etc). The shower area could have private spaces for drying and changing clothes. But it is still a great place.

Breakfast was great and the lounge was comfortable.

The double bed was actually two singles put together, but it did the trick.

Staff were incredible! Facilities are great, shuttle service was perfect for getting to and from town and mountain! Will stay again and would definitely recommend :)

I love the location very much near Grand Hirafu ski resort and village and behind the hotel the spectacular view of Mt. Annupuri Niseko.

Could update the water heating system to be easily adjustable between hot and cold.

i broke my wrist while I was in Hirafu. the staff were so supportive, helpful & friendy. i felt like part of an extended family.

i broke my wrist while I was in Hirafu & i had to go home to Australia early so my wrist could be operated on. Even though the reason for leaving early was medical, the management would no refund for the days I did not stay

I didnt realised it includes breakfast, bonus!!!! Japanese breakfast was good!!! But i only had 1 because i didnt want to wake up. The hotel looks so modern and comfortable and spacious. We booked the private hotel, although the room is small but overall i like it. My husband and I will go back to stay there if we are going to Niseko again. Bed, pillow and blanket were so comfortable. (Sorry i forgot to take photos of the hotel room but have the photos of outside).

The room is quite small, i cant even open the luggage on the floor. Lucky i am smart enough to open one luggage and slide it under the bed. Our luggage is not big, medium size. if you bring big luggage, you cant open it, unless you open it on top of the bed. Also i didnt like the air heater on top of our head (under the window) as it is not good for our lungs, i got sick because of that. Should have the oil heater like they used in European hotels.
