The staff is very kindly and friendly, the room was very very clean and the position its very quiet! Fantastic english breakfast cooked at the moment! I would like to stay there again when ill come to Melbourne again. Regards

The Coach House is a lovely B&B in the idyllic town of Melbourne. The rooms are large, comfortable with more storage than I have at home. The en-suite shower room was perfect and well serviced. All linens were beautifully presented and so soft. Whilst all of that is truly wonderful, Beverley’s cooked breakfast and other breakfast items are phenomenal. nice thick bacon, delicious sausage, a perfect fried egg. I’d go back just for the breakfast.

If I’m going to be nit picking and it really would be going out of my way to find something, the car park is quite small but it is what it is, there’s no expansion possibilities and the shower could have a little more pressure, again this is nit picking and would not in any way make me think twice about booking here again.

This b&b is probably the best you will ever stay at for the money the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the little touches are lovely breakfast just wonderful all in all just lovely

This place is immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were awesome. Breakfast in the morning was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, really comfy bed , lots of lovely touches - a huge variety of teas, coffees etc in the room , delicious and varied breakfast options . The extra lounge was a bonus as was the offer of using the eating area to eat an evening meal that you had brought back if you wanted to . The owner was very pleasant, lots of useful info regarding local places to eat in the evening. The property was also in an excellent location for walking The Cross Britain Way.

Parking could have been a bit difficult but the owners made every effort to make this easier, and in the end we found spaces anyway.

Private parking. Check in from 2pm. Convenient location. Friendly host. Large room. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

super friendly host, great location (7 minutes from the circuit, 30 seconds from local sainsburys and only a few minutes to local pubs and restaurants), parking and wifi available, decent sized clean rooms and good breakfast!

the breakfast was good and was made to our requirements the beds were REALLY comfortable the room was nice the bathroom was small but adequate and spotless the house is very attractive and walking distance from restaurants, pubs, chips shop!

Parking was tight but manageable
