The hotel is very nice, I enjoyed the stay in pure nature in this place. you are sorrounded by mountains wherever you look to. be aware that you do not have phone signal here but the internet from the property is working perfectly, so I haven’t had any issues using whatsapp also we have had the best breakfast here from our entire Italy trip.

The location of this hotel was stunning. Whilst it is not close to the town centre (more than fine), it is next to the entrance to some stunning hikes and it is really close to Lago Di braies. The rooms were very clean, staff are very friendly mostly and overall it was an OK ish experience.

It feels to me like the hotel is really struggling and has to make large cost cuts or something. There is not one large negative experience that we found but just small things. Things that should be a given in a hotel that charges these prices. Staff were friendly but they all looked overworked and this came across quite clearly at times. The rooms were still being cleaned at 18h. The WiFi is so so bad. The beds whilst comfy, the pillows were a mixed opinion. It would be good if they could have offered a different type of pillow. Breakfast starting at 8am isn't great for people who want to get up early each day for activities (like us). If going on a long hike, fuel for the day is important. We ate breakfast there once in 3 days unfortunately. Lastly, we paid 220 euro per night for this hotel. The price to value ratio was just not there. I would expect a slight luxury feel at least for that price. Whilst the hotel was nice, clean and modern, it just lacked that extra spark for me to rate it any higher. It is a shame.

There was a problem with flies buzzing round because of the cows.

There was a small issue with the key to the room - and no spare key. We found a solution but not so pro. to be without spare key to the room. Expected to check out early to proceed hiking 08:00 but reception was first open from 09:00 - The booking info says 08:00. Nice to know when planning hiking. Passports is left in reception not manned and free to pick up fore any interested

Hotel is located right next to entrance of Prato Piazza so the view was excellent. You have the feeling of "camping in the woods" but with luxury of hotel. We stayed here 3 nights and visited Lago de Braies, Tre Cime and Prato Piazza while staying here you can visit these locations and still have time to relax. Staff was very helpful, but you might need to wait a little or try a few times to reach them :) but eventually you ll get all the help you need. Breakfast and dinner was also very very good.

It was not much annoyance for us but as a note for visitors, there was no cell reception in the area and hotel wifi was unable to handle the load especially in the evening.So if you need to make some calls or do some transactions you might need to do them before heading back to hotel.

The hotel is close to the mountain and scenic drive. Alpine theme rooms. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

A little far from town, so having a car is a must for long stays.

Everything. Even if we told them we were allergic to wine they served us food that contained it, poisoning us for the entire night. They also left the keys of the cleaning lady for ours in our door, making our room available for everyone, and possibly stealing everything from it. Minor things were room dirty, towels dirty and terribile communication between the staff.
