I loved it all there was nothing not to like

Everything was just fabulous. We don’t have any children, but the Hotel was still very quiet and the staff was super friendly and helpful

The staff was wonderful. They were pleasant and extremely helpful in everything that they did. The location for ski in/out was outstanding, it was just a few steps to get on the ski trail down to the lift. The food was delicious - dinner was great and the breakfast buffet was really good as well.

My wife and I stayed here and we do not have children. I understand that this is a "family" hotel but this was the only hotel with availability so close to skiing. That said, I DO NOT recommend this hotel if you do not have small children. While not necessarily the hotel's fault but there were children running everywhere - in the bar, in the restaurant, down the hallways. There were toys, crayons, food, drinks, and all kinds of mess left on the floor of the bar and most everywhere else. The hotel feels and sounds like a kindergarten classroom. I love children, but not misbehaving, out of control children with no parental guidance. While a lot of that is not the hotel's fault, they definitely cater to families and not to couples. We were moved twice out of our assigned dining table to a less desirable spot to make room for families. Also, we booked a "Premium" room - the photos for that type of room showed a large room with a bathtub, couch, and a lot of space. We got none of that. They showed the exact same photos for the more expensive "Superior" room. I thought this was misleading if not downright deceitful.
